Nandini enters the office and finds an unusual silence. She sat on her cabin and looked at karan beside her raising an eyebrow.

He gave her a surprised look before leaning closer to her.

"You don't know?",He asked and she looked at him confused.

The door to manik's office opened and an employee walked out looking down and manik followed.

"I don't understand what type of behavior is this. I think you guys don't take me seriously anymore. I went through the files and all of you are taking your work lightly. Nothing is up to the mark. Everyone is busy gossiping all the time. I don't have the required documents on time. The clients are upset. I need you guys to get your shit together and get the work done. I will be personally checking up on the work you guys would be doing.",Manik yelled at everyone who just looked down. Nandini looked at him and saw his messy hairs and tired face.

"I need you to do it again. If the reports are not in my desk in an hour. You can see yourself out.",Manik said throwing the reports on his desk and went inside his office shutting it.

Everyone took a sigh of relief and got back to work.

"This was what i was talking about.",Karan whispered to her.

"Why is he so angry at everyone?",Nandini asked him.

"I want to ask you that. What's wrong with him? He fired around 5 employees and its just 9 in the morning. Pooja said he came to work at 7 today.",Karan said her and she frowned looking at his office.

"I don't know",Nandini whispered and got back to her work.

Pooja came near their desk after some time.

"He wants you all in his office.",She said to the 5 of them and they nod picking up their designs.

"Is he better?",Karan asked her and she nods in no.

"Be careful.",She whispered and they all went in.

Mr. Sharma was sitting infront of him.

"What's the update on the Oberoi project?",He asked them and they all looked at each other.

"We are working on that.",Arjun said and manik raised his eyebrow.

"I need details.",Manik asked.

"We have started on it. It will be done before deadline.",Nandini said him.

"I said details. ",Manik asked looking down at the file.

"We will be done with the first part by today.",Saumya answered and manik looks up at her and gives a smile.

"Thank you for answering that. I need you guys to increase the pace. Make it a top Priority.",Manik said looking at all of them avoiding nandini's as she desperately tried to make eye contact to know if he is fine.

"And another thing, Nandini will not be a part of this project from now on so saumya take over the designs and if you need any help you can get in contact with Mr. Sharma.",Manik said them and Mr. Sharma nodded at her.

"But Why?",Nandini asked and Manik signed on the file looking down.

"You will be working with Mr.Sharma and his team. I think I made myself clear now, You guys can leave",Manik said and Karan nudged nandini to move but she nods in no.

"I will see you .",Mr.Sharma said nandini before taking the files from manik and leaving.

"What is this?",Nandini asked him angry.
