Deku: Hello everyone, we're are back with another ship and this time my intel tells me it's a special type ship called yaoi?
Iida: Ah, why yes. Though, I am unfamiliar with the term 'yow-eee' does anybody knows what that is?
Uraraka: *eyes glisten and light up* I've been waiting for this. *grabs board and pointer again and floats them over to front of couch* Iida, you might be one of the smartest in our class, but when it comes to fandom and shipping, I have multiple degrees in that category.
Todoroki: You already have multiple degrees in high school? I'm shocked.
Iida: I find that very unlikely, I think it's more of an expression for someone who is very knowledgeable about a subject that's not actually a real subject you need to go to school for, like a chiropractor.
Todoroki: Oh, well that makes sense.
Tsuyu: Let's hurry and look at the next ship, it's a little cold in here. *shivers*
Uraraka: Are you okay Tsu?
Tsuyu: Yeah I'm fine, I'll just grab a blanket and I'll be Gucci
Uraraka: Oh, well okay. To explain to those who don't know Yaoi, or Boys Love is Manga centered around gay relationships and is more erotic than it's pure form of Shonen- ai and with that out of the way, let's react to the ship. *flips on projector*
Iida & Deku: *look at each other with confusion*
Todoroki: *looks at them questionably* Iida, are you gay?
Iida: *clears throat* Why in Charles Dickens would you ask that?
Todoroki: I mean, you don't have to be gay with Deku, I'm just saying that you don't really pay attention to a lot of the girls here.
Iida: *flustered* And whats your point? As a UA student I am indulged in my studies and relationships are not a priority right now.
Todoroki: *gives off a skeptical look towards* Sure.
Iida: *pushes up glasses* Though, I can see why people ship it. I mean we are close friends and classmates who've been through some stuff together. But haven't we all?
Uraraka: *puts on fake glasses* And to add on this, in Yaoi, people can be drawn to the very calculated Seme who is afraid of something he can't calculate and the sweet Uke who helps him realize life isn't a calculation.
Iida: Where did you find those glasses from and you think I'm calculated?
Todoroki: You weren't calculated when you'd try to take on the hero killer by yourself.
Iida: THAT WAS ONE TIME! Geez, you would've done the same thing, you have siblings so you gotta understand!
Todoroki: Hmm, not really. My prick of a father took my childhood away when he figured out I had fire and ice and I was five at the time. So I don't really have much memories with them because whenever they tried to play with me or cheer me up, my father sent them away. Not to mention my oldest brother Touya went missing and never came back till recently.
Tsuyu: what do you mean never came back till recently, kero?
Todoroki: It's a secret.
Deku: So what do you rank this ship guys.
Iida: Well I never thought of you romantically but I don't mind us being together so 6/10 stars
Tsuyu: Well, I do find this ship dynamic interesting, but at the end of the day Iida and Deku are friends. 7/10 stars
Uraraka: I didn't know it was a thing but it's very cute so I'd give it 8/10 stars
Deku: That high? Wouldn't you feel like a third wheel?
Uraraka: Nope, I like Yaoi.
Deku: And your ranking Todoroki.
Todoroki: 2/10 stars. You guys are friends but I never see you and him in a relationship.
Deku: Ouch, save the burning for the villains okay. But I don't know, like Iida said, I never saw him in a romantic way, or our relationship becoming romantic but I won't deny it if Iida asked me out, I'd say yes. 5/10 stars
