"Anyways." Jungkook just rolled his eyes. "How did your date with Felix go?"
Jimin just lifted his brow at the younger. "Huh? It wasn't a date, Kook. It was just a friendly meeting."
The younger nodded. "Is he coming back to Korea with us?" He asked with a mocking tone.
The older sighed. "Jungkook, I don't know why you're so defensive. No. No, he isn't. What has gotten into you?"
Jungkook let out a sigh. "Let's just go. We need to leave soon."
"Sure. But not until you tell me what's wrong." Jimin crossed his arms over his stomach.
The younger then looked up at his hyung. "There's nothing wrong, okay?"
"I know there is." The older frowned. "You can tell me anything, Kookie. You know that."
Jungkook took a breath in. "Fine. You win." He breathed out before continuing. "The day I kissed you... it's been bothering me, the thoughts of it."
Jimin's lips parted in surprise.
The younger let out a shaky breath. "I ran away, thinking I had lost you to my impulsiveness. Not being able to contact you was a struggle and planning the New York surprise wasn't easy either, because all I could think about was your reaction once you'd see me there."
The other's expression changed immediately, he wore a pitiful look on his face now.
"Once I realised you weren't mad, I guess my fear turned into adoration and I caught feelings for you all over again."
Jimin's eyes widened. It was very unexpected for him. His friend confessing feelings for the older? Jimin couldn't believe it.
"That's why I got so mad once you told me about Felix. I guess I got a bit jealous." Jungkook scrated the back of his head, an awkward smile decorating his face.
Jungkook looked up at Jimin, straight into the boy's eyes, taking in the older's stunned expression.
"I-I know I sounded stupid just now and I probably just ruined our entire friendship." Jungkook hung his head low, closing his eyes, tears building up and a couple of them finding their way down the man's face. "I'm sor-"
Jungkook was cut off by a tuck at his chin and Jimin's lips on his.
The younger's yes went wide and he couldn't believe what was happening. His best friend was kissing him. On the lips.
After a few seconds, Jimin pulled back, a serious, yet soft expression on his face.
Jungkook's mouth was agape. They both were staring into each other's eyes for what felt like forever, until Jungkook's eyes darted to Jimin's lips and then back to his eyes.
Without hesitation, they both slowly moved in. Their lips were united together once again, the older's plump, velvety lips compelling against Jungkook's slimmer, warm ones, dancing around and soon bonding together.
The kiss was not sloppy. It was not lustfull. It was just a gentle make out between the two boys.
The two separated from their kiss just moments later, looking each other deep in the eyes once again.
