Chapter 13(easter special)

Delilah's POV:
Today is Easter! Yay yay yayyyy, last night mommy made me go to sleep early because she said the Easter bunny needs to stop by, I refused at first but eventually she let me sit on her lap with my neck in the crook of her neck while she hummed a lullaby and then I woke up in mommy's bed which I don't mind because I like her bed too. Jumping out of bed I grabbed Winnie and noticed Mommy was missing too but I smelt wonderful food, pancakes and...bacon! Racing towards the kitchen I noticed a Easter basket on the table,
"GoodMorning baby, the Easter bunny visited last night, you may open it and then let's eat some breakfast, yes?"
"Yes, thank you mommy!", going over to the table I jumped up onto the chair,

Going through it I got, bracelets,candy,a puzzle,coloring book, a rabbit water bottle, and other activities. Plus some chocolate and suckers on the bottom which mommy took away quickly because she said I can't have sweets yet, it's too early. It's only 8am though, grabbing the new crayons in there and the coloring book I went straight to Sofia, I love Sofia the first,
"Do you like it princess?"
"Yes yes mommy"
"Okay well let's eat first and then let's get ready so we my love can go to the park where they have a Easter fair going on, remember yesterday how we saw them setting up?"
"Yes! Does that means rides too?"
"Yes baby, we can go on rides"
"Koda?"
"Yes the entire group is gonna be there too", with that mommy came and placed a delicious looking plate of food, there was two pancakes,bacon,eggs, and some strawberries and cantaloupe in a little bowl next to it.  Going after the fruit mommy came and sat next to me, and we both talked about Sofia the first while eating.

"Angellll, lemme do your hair"
"But Sofia!", it is way after breakfast, mommy got me dressed and shoes on, she was dressed in light blue ripped jeans with a white crop top on, added on a light yellow flannel. Now we were arguing about hair because I want to watch Sofia but she wants to do my hair, while s'mores and the dogs sat together watching us argue,
"Princess, I'll give you some candy if you let me do your hair"
"Mmm fine", with that she went to work on my hair while S'mores came to cuddle me. This outfit I had planned for Easter and I really like it, I like wearing onesies but I also like wearing cute dresses too. Mommy popped in my paci and then i hugged cocoa and king bye bye, grabbing mommy hand she took me into the elevator,
"Okay Love, now do not run away, there's gonna be a lot of people and I don't want to lose you in a crowd like that, there's gonna be a Easter egg hunt at 4pm and then we're gonna have a mini Easter egg hunt at Beas place. Nodding we walked out and towards the park where we saw the group waiting. Meeting up we all went and bought tickets for rides and started on our day...
~~time skip~~
It's 3:58pm, we've had ice cream and cotton candy and lots and lots of rides, we're heading towards the Easter egg hunt right now,
"Alrighty, caregivers and littles, let's go over the rules right now, caregivers may help the littles but the little needs to pick up their egg for it to count, no pushing,shoving, or biting. Any rules that are broke are disqualified, the last rule is have fun and do not let any one else ruin your fun day, good luck everybody", with that mommy and I went off as soon as they said go, mommy and I split towards the bushes where we saw some and I immediately grabbed some, I noticed that Liam was struggling a bit so I grabbed some eggs and gave him some which him and Bea appreciated. Filling up my basket mommy picked me up and twirled me around, tickling my stomach which made giggles escape. The park was really big so every little got a decent amount of eggs,
"Good job princess, you've done a great job", with that mommy carried me off the egg scavenger area and over to where the rest of the group was, sitting under a tree, mommy sat down and pulled me down onto her lap, we went through the eggs and I noticed I had picked up a pink sparkly egg, which was unlike the pastel normal small eggs, opening it I realized it said prize #2.
"Mommy? Did I win?"
"It seems so Love"
"Hello hello everyone, caregivers check through your littles basket there is 10 special eggs which are glittery, there is red,orange,yellow,green,blue,purple,pink, black,white, and brown. Inside there is a prize number, come up here and get your prize if you got it"
"LILAH YOU WON GO GET ITTT", Koda screamed and I heard Sophia break down crying because she didn't win and max just apologized because he said she got a beautiful Easter basket this morning too, grabbing mommy's hand, she pulled me over to the table and I saw the basket,

Mommy showed the guy the paper and he nodded,
"Here you go Delilah, I hope you like it", with that he picked up the basket and handed it to me, feeling mommy pinch my arm, making me remember my words,
"Thank you sir", giving him a warm smile mommy and I walked back to the group,
"Lilly whatd Chu get?!", Liam asked, practically bouncing out of beas lap,
"Stickers,Disney book, stuffie,jump rope, and bubbles", grabbing the candy out of it, I gave it to Sophia,Liam, and Koda, we opened up the stickers and we each put one on our face. I already got a Easter basket from the bunny so I didn't mind giving away stuff from this one. The sugar crash definitely started, it was 5pm and I yawned, curling up into mommy's lap,
"Alright guys, since our littles are already getting tired let's go to my place and get our mini Easter egg hunt done and then we can split our ways", hearing that my head perked up and I nodded eagerly. Getting to Beas house I gave mommy my Easter basket and Bea made all of us stand in the hall while the cgs hide the eggs.
"Okay guys, ready, set, go!"
Laughing we all set off to find these eggs...
