Chapter 26

Delilah's POV:
"DELILAH ITS THE WEDDING DAY!!", Koda said screaming as he waltzed into the hotel room. We had planned the wedding here at this hotel where it has rooms upstairs but downstairs it has a huge ballroom and then outside it has trees where the alter is and where outside dining will be during the day. Opening my eyes grumpily I saw the white hotel room,

Me and Leslie's room was on the very top but Leslie must've gotten up early and left to go get ready. We weren't allowed to see each other till right before the wedding, Sophia and Liam soon walked in shutting the door behind them as they brought in a tray of food for all of us. Sitting up I yawned and stretched, I had felt Leslie cuddle me early early this morning, she had held me securely in her arms but I had felt her hands shaking from the nervousness. When she left I fell back to sleep, missing her humming and soft hands but I guess she knew I didn't like that because she had returned to kiss the top of my head and whisper shhh to me before leaving. All of us piled onto the bed an I took a bite of my cinnamon roll and a couple pieces of fruit before getting up to grab my wedding dress from the closet. All of them were taken back from how stunning the dress was, I couldn't agree more. It was a beautiful dress that Leslie's mom and my mother's had helped me choose. It was quite difficult to choose the perfect one but after a lot of debating it had come down to this one, all of the others finished eating and I grabbed a cup of hot cocoa while staring out the window to where I saw Leslie,max, Bea, and Ryan all fixing up the wedding decor. Making sure it was perfect as I saw max and Ryan push each other around jokingly. Bea was having a smile on her face and talking to Leslie animatedly, smiling to myself I walked back away from the window and towards where the group had gotten out makeup items and my wedding accessories. Sitting down on the chair in front of the vanity I went on Instagram as Sophia grabbed out the curling iron, getting to work on my hair. Liam and Koda were playing some sort of game on their phones...

Two hours of putting on my face and doing my hair, finally it's done. Momo and Momma walked in all dressed up cutely, momma immediately started crying her eyes out,
"Delilah Marie, you look beautiful already!", hugging her, I smiled as Sophia called me I've to put the circle petticoat on. Liam and Koda were in the bathroom getting their hair done and getting dressed, momo and momma took that as a sign to leave. Walking over to sophia she helped me put on the petticoat and then finally put on the wedding dress. Walking over to the mirror, I stared at myself in awe. How beautiful I looked, I felt like a princess, coming up behind me Sophia put the crown on my head and finally added the veil,

Happily I did a full twirl, as Liam got my heels. Lifting up the petticoat, Koda gently slid my feet into them and buckled the strap,
"You look pretty", Liam commented with his toothy smile. I blushed at all the comments they were giving me as Sophia checked the time, "ITS ALMOST TIME!", Sophia practically yelled excitedly. Koda looked out the window to see all the people that were sat in their seats, all friends and family, Leslie was at the alter already as he said. Sophia grabbed my hand and started leading me down the stairs, picking up my dress to go down the stairs I felt scared. Each step I got the more I gripped onto the dress, I could feel everything go in slow motion as I heard my heels gently click against the wooden floor. I heard music start and Sophia went to get paired up with max as the couples went first and I walked down as the last. Momo came over and grabbed my hand since she was gonna walk me down the isle, i could see her eyes glazed with tears as she gave me a comforting squeeze. I just gave her a heartwarming smile before focusing on the people who were walking down...Max and Sophia...Bea and Liam...Koda and Ryan...finally me. Momo started leading me, as she knew my feet felt stuck in place, as soon as I left the building and hit the aisle my eyes landed on Leslie. Leslie had on her suit and heels, staring at everything about me, I could see the excitement run through her. Momo handed me off to Leslie, Leslie's warm nervous hands took mine and held them as the priest started. Everything felt so fast but so slow,
"Do you Delilah Marie and Leslie Ricotta, take each other's hand till death do you part"
"I do"
"I do.", the words spilt out of my mouth effortlessly as I stared into her deep brown eyes. I felt the cold ring slip onto my finger, as with Hers, I gently slipped it onto her finger as well. Flashbacks of the first day we met at the coffee shop, the grocery store, the long road trips. I was so ready for this, even after death, before I knew it I felt Leslie's warm hands cup my face and give me a kiss. Instinctively one of my hands grabbed the hem of her suit, the other rested on her hand that was cupping my face. Pulling away, she grabbed my hand and twirled me around gently before pulling me close to her. Everyone clapped and some looked like they were crying but all in that moment all we could do was stare at each other in awe. I love you Leslie...even after death we will never part, soon king and Cocoa broke loose from Leslie's dads hand and came running up to us. I bent down and hugged both the dogs as they wiggled around happily, together with our fur babies we both Walked back down the aisle...
