"I'm gonna be honest. We may be friends but that doesn't mean I'll go easy on you if I have to fight you." I say with a smile as I point a chopstick towards my friends.
"You better not, Sunshine. If you even slack a little bit I'll kill you!" Katsuki says with a smirk and I nod.
"Wasn't planning on it Baka-gou," I state with a grin and he rolls his eyes.
"Well, you two will definitely end in the top three." Hanta states and I give him a gentle noogy.
"You four are gonna do awesome too! Hey, after this how about we all go get ice cream or hang out somewhere?" I say and get a few nods.
"I wish I could. But my parents want me home. Special dinner or something." Denki says as he glances up from his phone before going back to it.
"The hour lunch break has ended! Please go back to your seats so we can prepare for the battles!" Hizashi's voice cheerfully screeches over the speakers.
"That's our cue!" I say with a smile before glancing at Eijiro with a grin.
"LET'S GO KICK SOME ASS!" We both yell with grins as we raise our fists in the air.
"Come on, you idiots," Katsuki grumbles with a smirk and I smile as I get up and we head to the stands.
"Guess you're going first Denki," I say as we all look at the board of names for the battle order. "Here's a good luck kiss before you-"
"No." Denki says as he puts a finger to my lips. "Kisses are for winners." He says with a slightly annoyed look.
"Oh? So I get a kiss from your girlfriend later?" Shinso says as he walks up.
"You're too funny, Shinso," I say with a grin as I look at him. "Good luck out there, Den-" I stop when I don't see my boyfriend behind me but across the field talking to Ophelia. My heart breaks more as I see her kiss his cheek and he waves at her with a smile as he walks away. What's happening? Am I not enough? Why did he let her do that? He couldn't be cheating right?
"Are you okay, Togata?" Shinso says in a worried voice and I turn to him with a fake smile.
"Y-Yeah! I'm good. Good luck out there. Don't get electrocuted. Believe me, it hurts." I whisper the last part as I unconsciously rub my arms a little.
"Thanks. Same for you and your fight with Monoma. Don't let him annoy you too much." Shinso states and I nod with a smirk.
"Let's hope I don't annoy him too much," I state and he chuckles. "Bye Shinso." I give him a small wave before he walks away. Please kick his ass, Hitoshi. I think with a small frown as I take a seat beside Mina.
♡♡♡HITOSHI POV♡♡♡
"On this side, we have the awesome, sleep-deprived Hitoshi Shinso from class 3-A!" Present Mic says excitedly as I walk into the arena and head to my place on the field. "And on the other side, we have the discount Pikachu, Denki Kaminari also from 3-A." Present Mic continues as Kaminari walks onto the field.
"The first to either forfeit, get immobilized, or step out of bounds, loses! START!" Midnight yells as she snaps her whip in the air with a grin.
Immediately Kaminari comes charging at me.
"You should pay more attention to your girlfriend and not mine. If the rumors are true and Togata does have a crush on Aizawa. I think even he would make a better boyfriend for her than you. Heck, what even is she to you?" I say to him and his expression darkens and he glares at me.
"She's just an object. She means nothing to me."
