As I came out the front doors, I saw Izuku waving at me, and Kaminari charging his phone by putting the cord in his mouth. It's efficient, I guess.
"Hey guys!" I yell, breathing heavily as my classroom was on the complete opposite side of the building and I ran all the way there.
"Yo! Anna! How'd your first day go?" Kaminari asked, taking the USB out of his mouth.
"Eh, alright I guess. I don't think I realized how tired I'd be at the end of the day though, ha."
"Well you're probably even more tired 'cause you didn't eat anything. Oh! Wait a minute..." Kaminari takes his backpack off and slings it in front of him, opening the zipper and pulling out a granola bar. "Here, take this!" He holds it out to me and I gratefully take it, my stomachs growling a little.
"You seriously didn't eat all day?!" Izuku finally speaks. Until now he just kinda stood in the shadows and didn't say anything, while me and Kaminari were talking. It's understandable though, seeing as I'm pretty sure he has to still be frustrated by all the drama yesterday.
"Um...I...Well, I'll explain it while we walk back!" I nervously laugh.
As we walk back I explain why I didn't eat at lunch to Izuku, then we all talk about our classes and talk about our friends, they basically gave me a list of people to talk to. Also, I finish the granola bar on the way home, but I'm still not that full, so I tell the boys that I'm gonna go make something in the dorm's kitchen. They ask if they can help and I say "sure". Since I have so many hands to help me, I decide I'll make enough snacks for the whole class.
After looking through a cookbook, the three of us decide to make some monkey bread. While baking, we all scatter around the kitchen bumping into one another constantly. I almost dropped a stick of butter when Kaminari ran into my back and sent electricity through me because he scared himself so bad. Izuku said he would mix everything, since he thought it would be a good arm workout. I decided to pour everything into the pans and actually bake them, since Kaminari was somehow really excited to just get the ingredients. I don't know if he though it was because it was the easiest job or what, but I was pretty funny seeing him so worked up.
Soon, I had everything in the oven and it was rising. We still had all the dishes to clean up so I washed them, Kaminari rinsed them, and Izuku dried them. Having so many hands really helped this whole process.
Suddenly, something feels off as I hold a glass measuring cup. I stare at it for a minute trying to figure out what's wrong, but my vision suddenly changes to black, like a camera lens turning.
-Flashback-
"Anna, sweetheart no." My mom comes up from behind me. I'm standing on a stool in front of the sink washing dishes, because I'm young and short, and she takes my hands to show me how to properly clean a glass measuring cup. "See... like this! There ya go!" She kisses me on the forehead and goes back to drying the dishes. I giggle.

My vision switches back, but everything seems in slow motion as I drop the glass in shock. The sound of it shattering pierces my ears. My hearing starts to ring, and I feel fainted. My eyes are droopy. This seems familiar
"Woah, woah, Anna?" Kaminari came up behind me, holding both of my shoulders to keep me in place, but I give into my faintness and pass out, and he's forced to come down with me.
~~~~Time Skip 20:30 or 8:30pm~~~~
I slowly blink my eyes open, becoming conscious again.
"Arrghh~" I groan while rubbing that back of my head. It really hurts like a terrible migraine. As I do this though, I notice my other hand isn't available. Someone's holding it. I just stare at our intertwined hands for a minute, trying to process it.
"Hey! You're awake!" I look up at the same loud blonde who was there the last time I woke up like this, then around the room. We're in my dorm? How'd I end up here and not the nurses office?
Kaminari set down a magazine he was reading and quickly pulled his hand away when he realized I had opened my eyes. "We have got to stop meeting like this, you know." I giggle a little. He somehow ends up at my bedside every time I get myself into trouble. "Speaking of which, what exactly happened?" He asks.
I think about this question a little, as I'm still wondering myself a little. I remembered something. A memory of my... mother? I also wonder if I should tell him though. I mean, what could it harm, but also, what good would it do. In the end I decide to be honest. He is the closest thing I have to a friend here after all.
"Well... I sort of.... remembered something." His eyes widen when I say this.
"WHATTTT?!! What'd you remember??" He leans in closer and I sit up fully against the back board of the bed frame.
"It was more of a memory actually..."
We spent the next hour talking about how I still don't know who my mom is, but I know I had one. I also told him about how the glass measuring cup triggered something. He seemed to have an "Ah-Ha" moment, considering that's what I dropped and broke after I got the flashback. Mr. Aizawa popped into my dorm room in the middle of our talk in which he unenthusiastically said, and I quote, "You're still alive. Alright" and left.
Eventually, I told Kaminari I was really tired and should probably change into something more comfortable to go to bed, thinking that he would leave, so I got up and got some pajamas out of my dresser.
"It's alright. I'll just sit here!" He said. My look darkened and my eyebrows dropped giving the "leave-or-die" look. He quickly sped out of the room repeating "not alright. Not alright, ok" as he walked back to his dorm room, leaving me to burst out in a laughing fit at how quickly he was intimidated.
I did change into something more comfortable, but truth was, I wasn't tired at all. My head was still hurting, but I think it must've been a remanence of the headache I had earlier. Thank god I was asleep for that. I took my phone and put on my earbuds, then blasted calming music, drowning out any pain in my head. Then, I opened my curtains and sat on the floor, just watching the stars in the sky and thinking about my new life until the early hours of dawn.
