Ink was calmly sitting on a rather large tree branch. He turned to see a royal guard attempt to shoo him off the tree, but he ignored it. He needed to see the young prince. He stood up and jumped swiftly over the guard, then rushed into the castle without warning. He heard the guards yelling to stop him, but he simply walked through a castle door labeled 'Prince Positivity'. Definitely the one he sent the magic to. He saw a head whip up to look at him.

"Oh- Hello! I'm prince Dream, do I know you?" He asked, clearly taken aback at the sudden visit.

"I would believe you don't, considering I've never been in your kingdom at all before." Ink answered simply, raising his hand out. "I'm Ink, from the Artist kingdom." he added.

"Artist kingdom? I never knew that existed..." Dream replied, raising his hand to shake Inks.

"It's a very secluded kingdom, simply because the prince has the power to fulfill anyone's wildest fantasies with the snap of his fingers. If someone else were to get that power from the castle who knows what'd happen!" Ink laughed softly, his calming smile plastered on his face once again. Dream smiled in response.

"Well, I'd certainly be concerned for that kingdom if word about the prince got into the wrong hands, but I'm sure that wouldn't happen. Anyway, would you like to hang out?" Dream finished with a question. Ink nodded instantly and led Dream to an area outside he'd noticed while coming to visit. "Where are we going?" Dream asked, raising his hand to wave at a guard to open the gate despite the fact he didn't know where Ink was taking him.

Ink pointed at a river down the hill. "Over that way." He responded calmly, though he could feel someone's eyes burning into his head. He felt someone behind him, but he remained unflinching as he led the smaller, much too trusting skeleton down to the river.

When they sat by the river, Ink felt a cold gaze pinned on him. He turned and calmly looked at the agitated 'Negative Neptune', prince Nightmare. Dream had crossed the river and was frolicking in the plants, waiting for Ink and Nightmare. Ink turned his body, though he didn't stand as he knew Nightmare wanted to be intimidating but he was much shorter than Ink. "Why did you bring my brother out here? Are you trying to kidnap him because of his power to create positivity?" Nightmare was obviously suspicious, but Ink started laughing hysterically.

"Hah... Well, aren't you oblivious? Dream has powers given to him by the prince of my kingdom, and I want to know what they are to train him for the inevitable." Ink said when he finished laughing. Nightmare looked shocked, but quickly harshened his gaze.

"Were you sent here by the prince himself? How do you know he has powers?" Nightmare pushed further into questions Ink didn't feel like answering.

Ink stood up, practically towering over the purple-wearing soft-mare. "I don't think you need to know. After all, you don't let Dream help you, so why should he let you help him?" Ink said the rhetorical question in a flat tone, then turned away and walked over to Dream, crossing the river without much thought into where his legs moved, which must've looked weird to Nightmare. 'Was this suspicious character the son of poseidon????'. Ink quickly dropped next to where Dream was, and Dream instantly gave him a flower crown. Ink smiled, but he went into thought of how to tell Dream...
