"What happened that night?"
Hera closed the file she was reading, and looked up at Baekhyun, who just entered the room. He raised his brows at her, and she sighed before pushing the file in his direction. "Read it," she said.
Baekhyun frowned, and opened the file, just to shut it after a few seconds when he realized what it was about. "I told you to stay away from my cases," he gritted out.
Hera huffed, and looked away. "Taehyung is like my brother as well. Someone attacked him,." she stared at her husband. "So, yes. I appointed men to learn more about the case since you're practically keeping me away from the business."
"It's because you don't have to mingle with my business," Baekhyun glared at her.
"I knew you would say that," Hera rolled her eyes, and climbed down the bed. "That's why I asked Byeongsa men to do the work."
"Look-"
"You're in regular contact with Yixing, and yet I don't know about anything related to the situation. You don't tell me anything," she walked towards him. "I don't like it when people hide things from me."
"And, I don't like when people question my decisions."
"You're forgetting that Byeongsa is under me and so is Sal-inja," she crossed her arms against her chest. "It's about my family. So, you need to shut up."
"Do you want me to lock your pathetic self in the room? Because I will do it if you don't stop," Baekhyun warned.
She looked at him in disbelief. "You can't do that." she grumbled. "And, I want to ask you something about that night. Where were you that night?"
Baekhyun's eyes turned cold. "What do you mean?"
"You and Joy went Busan to bring Ryujin here, but surprisingly you don't pick up your calls, and neither does Ryujin show up here," Hera furrowed her brows. "I called her last night. She doesn't even know about Taehyung's incident."
"I don't want Soobin to know about Sal-inja matters," Baekhyun replied simply. "I was about to reach Busan when I came to know about Taehyung, so I never went ahead to bring her here."
