"You shouldn't act like that towards your parents, you know. You don't show some respect."

Napahalukipkip ako, diretso lang ang tingin sa kalsada. Nakita ko naman sa peripheral vision ko ang pag-ismid niya, diretso rin ang tingin sa harap dahil baka mabangga kami.

"They don't deserve it." He hissed.

"They're still your parents. You already forgot what God said at the bible? Respect and follow your parents." I reasoned out.

"No matter how angry you are at them, the fact that they're the reason why you're born and blessed by what you have right now, it's big enough for you to at least pay them your respect." I explained more.

"Fine." He sighed.

Huminto siya dahil sa stop light. He then looked at me with his sweetest smile. Halos mawala na nga 'yong mata niya dahil sa pag ngiti.

"I didn't know that you're so good at things like that." He chuckled, resting his left arm at the gear. "You're so full of surprises, Louisse."

"Suki kaya ako ng mga gatherings sa simbahan noon." I jokingly rolled my eyes before giving him a warning. "And stop calling my second name. It gives me chills."

"Louisse is a good name." He teased. "But 'demoness' is still better."

"Share mo lang?" Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. Hahampsin ko pa sana kaso umandar na ulit 'yong traffic kaya pinigilan ko nalang ang sarili.

"Do you live with your parents?" I asked when the atmosphere fell silent again.

"No. I have a pad at Lumina." He answered.

Hinarap ko siya at tinaasan ng kilay, nakahalukipkip pa rin. "Then why are you always at my condo?!"

"It's good to be adopted by you. You know, free food, free tambayan, free netflix. Free demon." He laughed hard.

My lips slightly parted as my eyes widened. I know that I looked like a siberian huskey right now but I just don't care.

My heart---it's beating fast! And my tummy--it felt like it's having butterflies in there!

Natahimik na lang ulit ako hanggang sa makarating kami sa unit. I didn't ask him for some coffee kaya hindi niya na lang din ako ginulo.

It somehow didn't rain so I felt at ease and had my nice sleep. I just woke up in the middle of the night when I had a scene and the rain burst with its roaring thunders.

It's cold but my whole body was sweating. I drank my medicines but the trembling just won't stop. I tried to call LJ but he's not picking up!

My pale face stared at the contact number of Cy. It's passed midnight but I just don't know what to do anymore. My mind's too messed up and end up calling him.
