Secrets & Lies (𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑒𝑑)

-Chapter 10-

[Practice Game, Karasuno vs Fukurodani]

[Third Person]

As Hinata's feet touched the ground, he almost fell over but managed to catch his balance quickly- he felt his head spinning and his throat getting tight, he wasn't able to breathe, his vision getting more blurry each second, Hinata could hear his name but it was fading fast- he tried speaking but nothing came out- then his world went black.

[Nishinoya's POV]

We all saw Shoyo's jump- I was actually impressed, as I stood behind him, I saw him sway a bit and I thought nothing of it... until I saw the setters face from the other side of the net- before I could even move, I heard his name being shouted... He swayed again but now I was moving, I went to go help him balance but he fell backwards- luckily landing in my arms.

The gym was silent.

The next thing we heard- almost broke my heart.

"Onii-chan? Is he ok?" Natsu asked, I stood there with Shoyo in my arms but Sugawara rushed over and took Shoyo from me, laying him down on the ground slowly- "Can someone get coach Ukai please?" He said, he tried being calm but there was obvious panic in his voice.

I saw Yamaguchi from the corner of my eye rush out of the gym- Natsu's voice was heard again but I didn't understand what she said, some of the Fukurodani players came over to see if they could do anything.

Asahi was meant to keep Natsu away as none of didn't want to worry her but she squeezed her way through and looked at Shoyo- "He passed out again." Natsu said, there was worry in her voice and we all looked at her, "Again? When was the last time he passed out?" Akaashi asked, "I don't know, recently?" Natsu said.

Yamaguchi came back through the doors with coach Ukai, Kiyoko and Yachi-

I watched as Yachi persuaded Natsu to go with her to do something and as coach Ukai and Kiyoko took care of Shoyo.

Tanaka and I looked eye contact and we both gave each other that look- 'What the hell was that.'

Soon after, our game resumed without our decoy, he was taken to our room so he could rest... hopefully he'll be back on his feet soon.

Many games we're played until it became dark.

Our last game was long but not boring, we won with a fluke which we all sighed in relief- we didn't have to run up the hill again! We all cleaned up the gym now being sent to have our showers before dinner.

[Third Person]

Each team was off doing their own things, Karasuno was now having their showers but one of them decided to check on the orangette before going- Sugawara.

Sugawara told Daichi that he would be back and then split up with the group, it was quite a walk from their room to the showers since the halls we're ever so long. He hummed to himself as he approached their room opening the door slightly before stopping... but what he saw- was something he could never unseen.

He had the door open just a crack and there he saw Hinata, changing shirts but the thing that caught his eye... was the scars and the bruises scattered his body. Sugawara almost fell back but managed to stand right, he was shocked as anyone should be.

[Sugawara's POV]

I couldn't bare the sight... I closed the door as quietly as I could and started walking back...

As I was walking back to the showers, thoughts rushed through my head... I was starting to get a headache.

How long has this been going in for?

Who did this to him!?

I hope Natsu and his mother are ok...
