Secrets & Lies (𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑒𝑑)

-Chapter 19-

It's like when you fall over and hurt yourself.

You want to cry but you can't, there are people all around you.

Looking.

Judging.

So you just laugh it off and stand right back up...

Even though you still feel like your stuck in the same position, the position where you fell.

You want to scream, cry... let it all out.

But because your smiling... people think your ok.

So you stay quiet.

And continue on with your day.

[Third Person]

The day was now over and it was only some time before dinner started, everyone was running a muck, laughing, yelling, pranking each other.

It's just how they work.

"Where's Onii-chan?" Natsu asked, "Is he missing again?" Ennoshita said as he let out an exhausted sigh, "Ah! Probably- ASAHI HELP MEE!" Nishinoya said as he was being chased down by Yamamoto and Tanaka, "Natsu, why don't you go look for him before you get crushed by one of this idiots?" Yaku said as he lead Natsu out of the main room.

"What about you?" Natsu said, "I need to take care of a few things, if you can't find him come back ok?" Yaku said patting the girls head, "Okay!" Yaku let her go before shouting "Be safe!"

Natsu giggled as she continued down the hallway, she thought of the many places her brother could be but as she checked in the other rooms, waited outside the toilets for a bit, he was nowhere to be found, Natsu was having some sort of deja vu.

She made her way outside now coming across a garden and there she saw her brother.

"Onii-chan!" She shouted running up to Hinata, "Ahaha! Hey Natsu~" Hinata said laughing as he was being tackled by his sister, "Watcha doing?" Natsu asked, "Just looking at some flowers, do you think mum would like them?" Hinata said as he looked towards the red roses.

"Woah! Their so pretty!" Natsu exclaimed, "But why are you cutting them..?" She added quietly, "Because Natsu, their pretty." Hinata said with a small smile, the two stayed silent for a bit, "I thought you said that you cut yourself because your not..." Natsu said with a sadden face, Hinata looked at her with wide eyes.

"W-where'd you get that from?" Hinata said, his voice shaking, "Theres this girl at my school... her sister goes through things and she's always talking about it... her sister hurts herself because she thinks she's not pretty enough... and Onii-chan, I saw you hurting yourself at home .." Natsu said, "And you looked really sad.." She added.

"Do you think your not pretty?" Natsu said.

Hinata sat there processing Natsu's words, he was shocked and confused, panic started to rise in him, a ball of guilt built up in his chest, his sister had witnessed him cutting!

"No no Natsu... uhm- I was trying to make a cake but before I could even do anything.. I- I spilt red dye all over me.." Hinata said coming up with the best excuse, "But you looked really sad.." Natsu said again, "That's because I got the dye on my clothes! You know how mum is when we stain our clothes!" Hinata said, "Ohh... so you don't hurt yourself?" Natsu said as her voice was full of concern.

"Of course not, Natsu." Hinata said smiling.

Lies.

Hinata stood up carrying Natsu in the process, "Now why don't we head back?" He said, "Okay!" She said as she stretched out her arms, Hinata put Natsu back on her feet and soon, the two siblings were now racing back.

If only they noticed...
