My world just came crashing down on top of me. My father is the man that I respected and loved most in this world. He was heartbroken when I told him that Joshua and I's marriage was a farce I could only imagine how he felt after he found out about their affair.
I tried not to cry but one tear escaped and slid down my chin onto my t-shirt.
"H-how did he know. Did she tell him? "I managed to croak out.
" Of course she didn't, he walked in on her giving me a blow job."

"Wow well what happened after that?"

"Well he pretty much went bonkers after that. He started screaming out profanities of all sorts and he even threatened to sue me for everything I have. Your mom managed to calm him down. Then he started packing your mom's things out and threw all her luggage out the gate and now your mom hates me and won't talk to me."he sighed and ran a hand through his hair. I could really get a good look at him now.
He wore a see through white shirt that revealed his toned biceps and abs and army pants with flip-flops. Any woman would kill to get a hold of that body and at one time in my life I was one of those women but not anymore. I had to face the fact that he didn't love me anymore.
"Look I'm sorry but what does that have to do with me?"I asked curious why he came into my house.
"I want you to try and convince your mother to talk to me...so you can convince hertomarryme."he rushed on the last words.
"Excuse me do I look like I have super hearing?"
"Fine I want to propose to your mother!"he shouted.
