"I'm so sorry Charlie. Please forgive me. I haven't been able to live a single day without thinking about you. I love you and I know you still love me." I apologize quickly.
She chuckles bitterly. "I don't love you, Aster. I'm done with you and all your damn lies. Didn't I make it clear to you? It's over. I don't want to see you or hear your voice ever again. You ended whatever we had when you went to bed with another woman. You have kids. Congratulations, you're a dad now. I can't have kids so what? That doesn't give you the right to play with my feelings Aster. I waited all those years for nothing. I guess love doesn't exist for people like me." She sobs, making me feel more hurt. I made Charlie cry.

"Please hear me out. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Can I at least see you? We can't talk about our problems over the phone. Please." I say with crossed fingers.
"Our problems? We don't have any problems and I don't want to see you." She hangs up.
"Argh! She hates me." I groan punching the steering wheel.

"Charlie doesn't hate you, dad. She loves you and I'll show you." Eloise says and runs out of the car and into the hotel.
"Eloise!" I shout. The boys follow their sister. I lock the car and run after the triplets.
"Eloise!" I shout. "Elliot! Eli!"

Quickly pushing past people, I chase my kids.
I see them sitting in front of a door. Eloise is leaning against it, saying something.
"Please if you can hear this, it's me, Eloise. Dad is very sorry for hurting you. My brothers and I love you and daddy loves you too. Please come back, give him one more chance. I already miss you, Charlie. I watch you on tv every day. I love you so much. Please come back." She knocks on the door one more time and runs to me. Her brothers follow.
"Daddy, is Charlie going to come back?" Eloise asks expectantly. "I hope so."

Charlie's door opens drawing Eloise's attention. She pulls away from me, looking at Charlie with a wide smile, and runs into her arms.
"I knew you wouldn't leave me," Eloise mutters.
"You're too adorable to be left." She smiles at her.
"Elliot, Eli. Meet Charlie. Charlie, these are my brothers, Elliot the first, I'm second and Eli is the third." She introduces.
"The three Els, nice to meet you all." Charlie hugs them.
"Nice to meet you too." They smile at her.
"Do you like chocolate? 'Cause I've got a bunch of them inside and I can't eat them alone." Charlie tells them. "Yes please." They nod happily and run inside the room.
Her smile fades when she looks up at me with crossed arms. I gulp and walk towards her.

"I'm truly sorry Charlie. I didn't mean to hurt you. You might think that I was just showing pity or something but that's not true, I care about you a lot and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. But it's okay if you don't want that. I'll stop bothering you." I say nervously.
"Yeah yeah, whatever. I only came because of the triplets and not because I love you. Well, I think I hate you now. Don't try to make any moves on me because I'm going to beat you up if you do. I'm still upset but I-" She rambles but I cut her off with my lips.
"Eew!" The triplets make pukey faces, looking at Charlie and me through her wide-open door.
Charlie kisses back, biting on my bottom lip a bit. I let out a throaty moan and as if Charlie's come back to her senses, shoves me away. I smile. She still cares.

"I'm sorry Charlie but I can't sit back and let you hate me. I'm going to do everything I can to make you love me again." I hold her hands.
"I don't hate you. I'm trying to hate you. I'm training myself to hate you but it seems I can't. This doesn't make sense." She says.
"It makes sense because we're meant to be." I smile at her.
"Meant to be?" She repeats. "Yeah." I nod. She just smiles as a tear flows down her cheek. "My mind is telling me to walk away from you and never return. There's a high possibility that I might do just that."
I wipe her tear and look at her; straight in the eyes. "What is your heart saying?"
"My heart," she begins. "My heart kinda wants to stay." She chuckles.
"Why?" I ask.
"This might sound stupid but I uh- I. F*ck it!" She pulls me closer and kisses me. I smile and kiss her back.
"I still love you." She whispers. "I love you too."

...

"Have you all brushed your teeth?" Charlie asks the triplets.
"Yes." They say happily.
"Good. It's storytime." She announces and tucks them in bed. I admire Charlie so much. She spent the day with us. Making us feel like a family for the first time. She treats the triplets like their her own and I couldn't wish for more.

Eight years later...

~ Eloise's View~

"Elliot! Get out of the bathroom. I also have to shower." Eli shouts whilst banging on the bathroom door. I chuckle at his sleepy face.
"Why are you laughing?" Eli glares at me.
"I was gonna tell you that you can use my bathroom but it seems you have other plans so bye," I say and he rushes into my room, shouting thank you.
"The benefits of sleeping early," I smile.
"You only sleep early because you have nowhere to go," Elliot says leaning against the bathroom door.
"I wouldn't like to cause my beautiful mum a heart attack by sneaking out. She and dad are gonna find out soon. Very, very soon." I flip my hair and skip downstairs.

"Hola mama. Hola papa." I greet my parents with kisses on their cheeks.
"Hola. ¿Comós estás? (How are you?)" Mom asks, placing a plate of toast in front of me. My eyes brighten at the sight of food.
She hits my head. Dad chuckles.
"I asked you a question?" She scolds.
"I'm on top of the world and in case you're wondering, I slept like a baby. Peachy. Like a peachy baby." I smile and my parents chuckle before mom places a bowl of cereal in front of me. "Thank you."

"What's up fam?" Elliot walks in and hugs his favorite person in the world, our dear mother. Dad hits him hard.
"Ow! Dad." He whines. "Hands off my wife," Dad warns Elliot. "She's my mom, no need to be so protective." Elliot laughs, taking a seat.
"Why are you guys in sweats? Aren't you going to work?" I ask my parents.
"Day off," Mama replies.
"The benefits of having your own business. I can work at home and spend time with her." Dad winks at mom and she blushes. I slurp my milk and make funny noises. My parents are the definition of cute.
Dad produces beauty products, hygiene products, and a lot. His products are the best. You can find them everywhere in this house, my school, and some other places. I'm just not into beauty products. I'm more of the artsy type.

Eli walks in looking whacked. I smile sweetly and ask, "Why do you look so tired Eli?"
"Are you alright Eli?" Mom asks concerned. "Yes, ma. I'm fine." Eli responds, glaring at me. "I stayed up late."
Elliot also glares at me. I just smile.
"You knew we had school," I say, not backing down.
"I was studying for a test. I don't want to fail any of Miss Faust's tests." He says and starts stuffing his mouth with food.
"That's good, but test or no test you need to have a goodnight's rest and no sneaking out. You're fifteen-year-olds and shouldn't be doing that. I'm not raising thieves in my house." Mom scolds, whacking Elliot and Eli on the head with a plastic spatula.
"Mom, we're almost sixteen." Elliot whines. Mom gives him the look, making him shut up.
"You knew?" I ask through laughter.
"Of course we knew," Mom says. Now if any of you sneak out again, you're gonna be in so much trouble. Am I clear?"
"Yes, ma." The boys nod.
"Good. Now get out of my house and go make good use of your time." Mom shouts. We laugh and rush out of the house, straight to 'Elliot's car.'
It's actually mom's car but Elliot gets to drive it because one day we were just there and he received a mail. He had gotten his driver's license from the Department of Motor Vehicles. He wouldn't stop bragging about it and since he's a good driver, he's allowed to drive sometimes.

Oh, and mom is also afraid of driving for some reasons which are unknown to me.
