Sakura Haruno and the Deadly Emo

Finally a Sasusaku one shot! Hehe... took me a while. Btw, like all my other one shots, you don't have to have read the other Hogwarts one to understand this one. However, his one does occur in the same universe as that one and (Almost) simultaneously (Slightly before the nejiten one), and I plan on making a couple more of these interconnected hogwarts aus with other ships as well :))))

Ps: I know you can't apparate inside of Hogwarts..... Let's just ignore that for today lol

Disclaimer: Language (I just can't seem to write a one shot without it!)

Sakura Haruno and her best friend Ino Yamanaka were walking back up to Ravenclaw tower one Autumn day when they spotted an interesting sign on the wall. The piece of paper seemed to attract the attention of quite a few fellow sixth year students. Excitedly, Ino shoved her way to the front of the mob, leaving Sakura behind in the dust, muttering to herself in annoyance at her friend's antics.

Finally, she reached the front of the crowd along with Ino, only to find herself even more confused.

"Apparition lessons?" She asked.

"Yeah!" Ino said excitedly. "Sixth years are eligible to get their apparition licenses when they turn seventeen, and you can take lessons for them here!"

Sakura nodded in understanding. She of course had been familiar with the process of apparition (being the best witch in her year, she reminded herself, she should know). However, she was not aware of the lengthy process required to be able to do so. She supposed it made sense though.

"So, it's like getting a driver's license?"

"A uh..... What now?"

Oh. Right. Sakura often forgot that her best friends had no idea of such matters that were essential to her everyday life. Such as a driver's license. Or microwave mac and cheese for example. While Sakura had grown up with those things, and no idea of the magical world, Ino had grown up the exact opposite, with blood as pure as Hinata Hyuga's mind.

Sakura finally smiled and shook her head. "Don't worry about it."

"Oh, Ok!" Ino exclaimed. "Let's go tell Shika! If I don't sign up for lessons for him then he never will."

Ino grabbed her friend's hand and ran back toward the direction of Ravenclaw tower, in pursuit of their smart (yet lazy as all hell) friend who was probably asleep in the common room at the moment.

"Shika! Shika! Wake the hell up!" Ino called to the lazy genius. As it turned out, Sakura's suspicions were correct, and Shikamaru was laying across the entire couch, much to the annoyance of the rest of the House.

"God, I'm up! Troublesome woman...." He muttered (which earned another slap from Ino).

Ino and Sakura (but mostly Ino) explained the upcoming start to the apparition lessons, and much to their chagrin, Shikamaru didn't seem to give two shits.

"But come on, Shikamaru!" Ino complained. "I'm going to need a tutor. You know that!"

He closed his eyes and laid on the couch again. "Well get Sakura to help you. She's not bad you know." Sakura scrunched her nose at the implication that she was simply "not bad" and nothing more.

"But she doesn't know enough about apparition to help me." Ino said.

"Well," he responded. "That's too much work for me. I'd rather just keep traveling by floo powder or something than go to those stupid lessons. Get someone else to help you. Like Uchiha or someone."
