" Hi Chloe! " Someone said. I looked back. Alan!
" Oh, Hi Alan! " I replied. I'm pretty sure I started blushing. My cheeks turned red.
" What are you doing here? Away from everyone else? " Alan asked.
" Oh, I don't know, just wanted fresh air, " I replied.
I trembled a little.
" Oh, here, take this, " Alan said, he handed me his jacket.
" Really? Won't you get cold? " I asked. I really wanted to accept but I still was hesitating.
" Nah, take it, " Alan said. He moved a step forward.
" Thanks," I said. I put his jacket on. It felt so warm in it. My heart melted at once.
" Chloe, can I be honest? " Alan said.
I nodded. Alan put on a thinking face.
My heart was beating 1000 times a minute. What was he gonna say? Do I look bad? Or do I smell bad? I was nervous. I'm very sure Alan was the guy. He is just perfect! He has a great body, cute face, amazing attitude, what more can you ask?
Waff!
I looked to where the sound came from. A pomeranian dog came running to me. I was already panicking. I am TERRIFIED of dogs! But I didn't want to run. I didn't wanna seem like a coward in front of my all time crush.
The dog jumped to my hug and barked with it's cute little bark. I was trembling. If Alan wasn't there I would've screamed my head off. I looked at the dog. Suddenly, I realized there was a letter stuck to the dog's collar. I took the letter. Pretty sure it was meant for me. The dog did come to me.
I took the pink envelope. Roses were painted all over the envelope. I opened the envelope and took out the letter. It said.
Will you be my girl?
When I looked back to Alan, he was already standing with a big grin while carrying a big bouquet of roses.
I blushed. Probably for the millionth time this night.
" Yes, "
