As I drove to my moms house I let the tears come down. I couldn't believe he cheated on me with that girl. All I ever wanted for him was to be happy and given some attention. He goes on the road for months at a time leaving me alone by myself. I stay faithful and this is what I get.
I have to beg for sex and affection. His job gets his attention. His music gets his attention and most definitely his friends. But I can't never get it. I feel so used. I don't feel loved. He can say all he wants that he loves me but actions speaks louder.
I pulled up to my mama house and got out. My mom and dad have been married for 20 years. I love them to death. My mom is my best friend. My dad is very protective over me.
He never really cared for Chris. He has always said that he was too fresh for him. With him being younger than me and always on the road he always felt he had other women. And I guess he was right.
I didn't want my dad to find out though. He would go after Chris. And at this point I was not ready for all the drama and mess that will come with that. I parked the car and got out.
Locking the door I walked down the driveway and pulled my key out. I have a key to my parents house. My mom and dad wanted me to move back home but I love the freedom that I have.
I unlocked the door and was greeted with my brother walking towards the door.
"What's up Chica." Quincy said to me.
"Hey QJ. Where you headed?"
"Bout to meet with this girl I met last night. What brought you over?"
"I need to talk to mama." Rika said with a low voice.
"It's a Chris thing huh?" He asked raising his eyebrows.
"Shh. Keep your voice down. I didn't want Papi to know nothing." Rika said as she looked for her dad.
"Hmm. What have he done now? Do I need to pay him a visit?"
"No I don't need you fighting my battles QJ. I'm good. I just need some motherly advice that's all." Rika said lying about the situation.
"Alright cause you know I will fuck his ass up." Quincy said to her with a serious look on his face.
"No. I'm good. Just go. Let me know how that goes." Rika said hugging her brother.
"Aight Chica. I love you." Quincy said.
"yo también te amo hermano." Rika said to him as she kissed his cheek. (I love you too bro.) translation.
