Sana's lips are slightly parted and her eyes held confusion as she stares directly to his eyes. He's wearing his usual black hoodie that he has been wearing for days. She looked to the side where Jungkook was holding her wrist, preventing her to move backwards. He broke the eye contact after he noticed that the rain is pouring harder and harder each second.
"There's a convenience store just two blocks away. The bus won't come. The rain will get heavier. You should really watch news rather than listening to your earphones while staring outside the window."
"I'd rather go out in the rain than to be with you—"
"Shut up." He rolled his eyes and started dragging her by his side. Under one umbrella. Sana scoffed and rolled her eyes as well as they both walk at the wet sidewalk, making their way to the convenience store for shelter.
When they stepped at the slab in front of the entrance of the store. Jungkook placed the umbrella aside before they both enter the convenience store.
Sana pursed her lips and sat on the circle white spinning chair in front of the window.
Jungkook pressed his lip then roamed around the store.
Sana gasped when she remembered her phone. What has gotten into her that she stayed under the rain knowing her phone is with her? Along with her notebooks for school!
She grabbed her phone then gasped when she noticed there are few droplets of the rain resting on her phone screen. "Ah, shit." She hissed then quickly grabbed the mini first aid kit from her bag and took out tissues from there and started wiping her phone.
The air con only made it more worse, only made her feel colder because her uniform slightly got wet by the rain.
After a while, her eyes landed to the side where someone placed a hot cup of ramen. She glanced to the side to find Jungkook already chewing noodles and sat right next to her.
She glanced at him and the cup of noodles placed at the table right in front of her dumbfounded.
"Eat. It helps during rainy days." He talked with noodles in his mouth and started eating.
"I'd rather not." She stood up and went to the glass doors to leave but the rain and the sounds of the storm only gotten heavier.
Jungkook chuckled. "You can't leave yet. The rain will last for hours." He smirked.
"I will use the umbrella." Sana scoffed.
"That umbrella is mine." He smirked once again. "Eat." He said and pointed the ramen he bought for her.
Sana took a deep sigh and sat right next to him, placing her bag at the table. She glanced at the hot ramen, making her gums water as she instantly craved for the spiciness.
She removed the lid, grabbed the wooden chopsticks and stirred it before slurping the noodles.
She's shivering due to the coldness and now warmness spread through her body as she continues to gulp the noodles.
The side of Jungkook's lip kept twitching as he chews on his noodle while watching her. His eyes landed to the side of her chest where something so important is missing.
He gulped the noodles before talking. "You should wear a hoodie... So that the teachers won't keep on asking you where you name tag is. They won't notice it."
Oh, so that's why he's wearing a black hoodie for days now.
How smart.
