Jungkook groaned as he stood up from his bed, not forgetting to grab his phone at the side. The scent of bacons filled his nose. He yawned and ruffled his messy hair before going downstairs to see his Hyung cooking some breakfast. "Oh, you're awake. Have a seat." Hoseok said, still frying up the bacons.

"What is this?" He asked, still yawning when he saw the plates served on the kitchen counter.

"American Breakfast?" Hoseok raised his eyebrows.

"Never had one in a while." Jungkook chuckled but then he saw the time. "Why are you up this early? Don't you have jet lag?" He frowned and sat on the chair.

"No, it's fine. Besides, who'd cook for you breakfast?" Hoseok chuckled. "Imagining all the instant food from convenience stores that you ate while I wasn't by your side disgusts me. Ew! Imagine all those chemical additives!" He gagged.

"Hey, stop underestimating me I can cook very well too." He chuckled then fished his hand on his pockets to grab his phone.

Estimating the time now, she's probably taking a shower.

He widened his eyes when he saw that Hoseok's about to put all the bacon and fry them all. "Hyung! Stop!"

"What? Why?"

"I won't... eat that much. Just a little. That's enough already."

"Are you sure?" He frowned then set aside the raw bacons. Jungkook nodded. "Alright." Hoseok shrugged then placed the cooked bacons on the table and both started eating.

"Your exams are near."

"Hyung, it's literally 3 weeks away." Jungkook rolled his eyes, continued munching rapidly on the scrambled eggs and rice.

"Just saying... Anyways, you slept really early last night I didn't get to interrogate you and all of your doings here while I was far, far away." Hoseok said while stirring his hot coffee then glanced at him before taking a sip.

Jungkook cleared his throat and smirked. "I was a good boy as usual."

"Clubbing?"

"Nah-uh." Jungkook clicked his tongue and smiled sheepishly.

"Bowling?"

"Nah."

"Cutting?"

"Nah."

"Marked as absent?"

"Nah."

"Interested on any girls?"

"....Nah."

Hoseok narrowed his eyes while taking a sip of his coffee because of his delayed answer. Jungkook immediately widened his eyes when he saw that look. That look... He knows it too well.

"Hyung, I swear!"

"Have you ever reached out on... Kyuhyun?"

Jungkook stopped chewing and spaced out for awhile before glancing at Hoseok. "Hyung... It's been years."

"You're right. I'm sorry. It's just that I've always known you wanted to keep on contact with him. Which country did he flew to again? I forgot because I didn't really care."
