"Jesus Christ!" Sana huffed a breath as she runs breathlessly to the sidewalk. She never wakes up late... Just why? She's running on the sidewalk that's leading her to her school. She missed the last bus. She gulped the form lumping on her throat as she runs faster, cold beads of sweat forming on her forehead. After 10 minutes she reached the gates of the school and the doors.
She felt a relief washing over her when she saw her classroom door until someone approached her.
"Ms. Kim, I assume you're late."
That voice is enough to make her sigh in annoyance.
She turned around and saw— of course, the Director.
"I arrive minutes just before students start their class. And I'm the one who checks on students who are late. Is that why you're always early at school? I've been observing you these past few years. You're certainly avoiding me."
She just stared at her.
"Where's your name tag? You know it's a minus to the card without proper and complete uniform." She said.
It's not like someone will see her school cards none other than the school and Sana herself.
"Forgot about it." She said and started walking towards her classroom. "How annoying." She hissed under her breath.
Luckily, the teacher isn't present yet. She took a deep sigh and sat on her usual seat and wiped the sweats off her body.
Soon, the teacher entered and started teaching.
She started writing some notes but she accidentally smeared the wet ink on her notebook when someone banged the door so hard. She groaned internally and looked in the direction of the door to see a purple-haired man while the other one is blue.
"Kim Mingyu and Jeong Jaehyun. You're both 20 minutes late." The teacher crossed her arms against her chest.
"We know." Mingyu shrugged and they both laughed.
The teacher closed her eyes and took a deep sigh. "Please take your seat." She said.
They continued chuckling. Sana continued silently judging them, both of their hairs are dyed and it isn't even allowed at school yet none of these authorities are minding them. She just rolled her eyes and continued working on the page she screwed up with.
Until someone walked towards her, she looked up and saw the blue-haired guy.
"The seats are full. Can I take a sit here?"
"No." She said bluntly and continued her work.
"You're not sitting with anyone." He said and pointed to the vacant seat right next to her.
"I said no." She said, not facing him.
He scoffed and walked away. "Such bitchy attitude."
