"Characters should be written from top to bottom. Also, are written from left to right. Horizontal strokes are prioritized over vertical strokes. If you want to improve. Just practice, practice and practice. That's that. You need to care about the way it looks and it takes lots of time writing the characters not only the aim of getting them down on paper as quickly as possible— Why aren't you responding back?"

Sana spat and glared at him with the deadliest stare.

He just kept walking forwards while playing with his tongue, his hands buried on his pockets.

"Hey!" She raised her voice.

Jungkook sighed and finally gave her a glance. "What?"

"I kept talking about how to improve your skills on Chinese calligraphy but you aren't listening to me." She glared at him, still.

He just shrugged again and ignored her.

"Why are you like this..." She mumbled and let out curses at him under her breath.

After a loud, loud.... loud silence. Sana huffed then went in front of him. Stopping him at his tracks. "Why are you ignoring me?"

She licked her bottom lip. "Are you mad about what I did?"

"About, that one in the convenience store.... ?" Sana pursed her bottom lip and peered at him, whilst raising her eyebrows.

Jungkook tried to hold on his poker face but soon bursted into chuckles. "No, I'm not mad at you." He reassured then gripped her shoulders, using it to guide her right back to his side as they walk under the bright lonely moon.

"I'm not interested in Chinese calligraphy at all."

"Then why did I wasted my time teaching you?!" She shouted.

"Shh..." He widened his eyebrows and shushed her. So she won't alarm the people who are sleeping in the neighborhood. "I just wanted to see you teach me. It's interesting." He teased.

"No, it's not like I hate Chinese calligraphy. I'm interested in something more than that."

"What is it?"

"Chinese philosophy." He answered. "Do you know Lao Tzu?"

"Never heard." She shrugged nonchalantly.

"He's one of the greatest philosophers, along with Confucius." He said. "One of my favorite quotes of him... Ask me."

"Hm, what?"

" 'When a mind is still, the universe surrenders.' It's about... a peace of mind. Like meditation. Sometimes you just need to be with yourself to achieve inner peace. Calm your raging waves and your brain who has never stopped overthinking things... even for just a while. A healing time."

"I have no healing time." She answered and chuckled. "Kidding. I enjoy your company... a lot." Sana sighed then they both stopped just right in front of the entrance of the building of her dormitory.

"Why do you stay in this place when you can take a dorm in school? It's not that expensive compared to this luxurious building. Money is wasted." He pointed at the structure.

Sana looked away. "Because I don't want to."

He inhaled and hummed then shoved his hand in his pocket. Grabbing something then pulled it out showing it right in front of her.
