gwanak campus...

"Ever since the first day you kept bothering her. What's your problem with her, seriously? She seems harmless."

"Will you shut up? I didn't asked for your opinion." Jiwon rolled her eyes. "Besides, why are you siding on her? Isn't she the reason why your little old crushie Jungkook isn't noticing you? He didn't even attended your birthday party." She scoffed. Mocking the girl who didn't accompanied any sounds and just made eye contact with the ground.

Suseonhwa sighed and crossed her arms against her chest. "I admit I feel jealous because that girl and him seem to be close. Really close. I smile for him yet he doesn't smiles for me ever since middle school. But I won't do anything because even if I do... that don't change a single thing. He turns everyone down and doesn't date anyone. I stand no chance."

"Glad you know." Jiwon implied the imitation with pure derision. "You really don't stand a chance. I once asked for his digits and he gave me someone else's number." She gave prominence to her words, making the girl next to her run down in despair.

"If they're together she'll be so lucky... Jungkook is... one of a kind. I wish him nothing but happiness." Suseonhwa said in a barely audible manner.

"Please. You're pathetic." Jiwon spat and laughed inwardly.

Suseonhwa just stared at her, with a same crestfallen look on her face.  "Why are you so mean? Especially towards Sana? Are you jealous too?"

"Why would I be jealous of that pitiful bitch?" Jiwon scoffed. "I just love making fun of her and her everything. And by everything, I meant nothing." She laughed.

"How do you know her so well to define her that she has nothing?" Jiwon was impressed by the quantity of her rationally that she herself clearly doesn't have.

"I thought you know. I grew up in Japan along with, eh, her." She shrugged. "In Osaka to be frank." She added.

"Woah...— Oh, there is she, right?" Suseonhwa whispered and they turned their heads to the person whom they're talking about enter the main get of the gigantic campus.

"About time..." Jiwon chuckled and approached her. "Hey, miss me?" She beamed.

Sana just kept walking... staring straight ahead. Cursing herself why didn't wore her earphones and now have to deal with Jiwon who just won't stop.

Jiwon went in front of her, making her stop her tracks. "It's been a while, huh? You got me suspended for weeks. I kinda thank you for that."

Just hearing her voice made Sana clench her jaw, knowing so well she's trying to provoke her... Like she's always done.

Jiwon let out a scornful scoff, feeling so pressed and irritated the way Sana's refusing to take notice of her. She walked to the side, walking pass right by her yet Jiwon just... really just won't stop. Suseonwha stood up from the small stair she's sitting at, trying to stop them, but Jiwon spoke again.

"Why don't you just go back to Japan? Why are you ignoring your childhood friend? Oh because I kept reminding you that you had no one there? That no one cared for you despite everything you have? Your mommy doesn't read bedtime stories for you anymore–"

Sana closed her fits like a tight ball as she consumed vigorous efforts disregarding her on purpose.  She's about to raise her hand to slap Jiwon's cheeks, in hopes of making her shut up and talk about things she's utterly sensitive of.
