Christmas Day

Erika POV:

I woke up and yawned. It was bright outside from the snow on the ground. I opened the window and let some cool air in and felt it on my skin. I closed the window and then realized that Liam wasn't in bed. It was silent in the house. 

Then, I realized it was Christmas and that the suite should be noisy, since the boys would be excited. I grabbed the presents I wrapped for them and quietly put them under the small tree we set up last night. 

I went back to my room and put on a red sweater dress and black leggings. I put on white boots and went back to get my phone.

'5 messages' I saw on the screen. Messages? From who?

I unlocked my phone and the first message that popped up was from Harry; "Morning, love"

Niall; "We have a surprise."   Louis; "Don't open the presents until I get there"   

Zayn; "The surprise is going to be later in the day...we were doing some last minute things."

Liam; "You're going to love your gifts. we love you xoxo"

I finished reading the messages and smiled. I made myself a cup of blurberry tea and drank it until the boys came back.

The boys entered the house with huge smiles and snow in their hair.

I got up and brushed the snow out of everybody's hair. Louis ran over to the tree and sat down. He looked at me and patted the spot on the ground next to him. I sat down and so did the rest of the boys. Liam held his box to his chest.

I opened Zayn's present first. Inside, I found slippers, new earphones, a phone case I really wanted, and a magazine I was featured in.

Louis nagged me to open his next, and inside was all the stuff I mentioned I wanted or liked the day we went shopping. I hugged him tight and he smiled.

Niall's gift was funny. It was a VIP pass to Nando's, a card that says 'Official One Direction Member', and a beautiful diamond necklace. I kissed him on the nose and hugged him.

Harry smiled as I opened his gift. It was a new laptop! I jumped up and hugged him. "Thank you so much!" I said and kissed him on the cheek.

Last was Liam's gift. Everyone went silent and I started to get nervous. He watched intently as I opened the lid. Inside was the small, cream-colored French Bulldog that I saw at the shelter. I jumped up onto Liam and put my legs around his waist. Tears were falling from my eyes as I said, "Thank you Liam, thankyouthankyouthankyou!" I kissed his cheek.

I got down and told the boys to open their gifts.

Louis POV:

Erika opened all her gifts. Liam's was the last one. She opened it and all our eyes went wide when a small French Bulldog head popped out the top of the box.

Erika jumped on Liam and squealed. That was an impressive gift choice. No wonder he got it in the morning and held it the whole time.

Erika told us to open our gifts. There was one for each of us, then one bigger one for all of us.

We opened ours and found small scrapbooks. We opened them and saw pictures of us and memories. It was all decorated. Inside of mine, there were pictures of us together at the mall, the day her friend came over, on the plane, at the shopping centre, the ones from the studio, and from last night. She looked cute in all of them. They brought back so many memories.

The boys and I were speechless. It was such a warm gift. We opened the bigger one and it revealed a big photo of us all together from the studio, the part when she did her kick back and wink with the tongue out pose. It was framed nicely and it looked expensive.

"Well...?" Erika asked and we all tackle-hugged her.

"Thank you so much Princess!" I yelled and gave her a kiss on the cheek. All the boys did. This was one of the best Christmases ever.

"Latte!" She yelled. We all stood up and looked at her confused. She ran over to the small puppy and held her.

"That's her name now. Latte." she said and kissed the top of the puppy's head.

We all laughed.

Erika POV:

The boys opened my gifts and loved them. I thought of the great name, Latte for my new pup.

"So, what's the surprise?" I asked them.

"Well, let's go to the rooftop." Zayn said and took my hand. I grabbed Latte and went with the boys.

We came out onto the rooftop and it was decorated. There was a really big box in the middle. "Go ahead and open it." Harry said and I walked over and pushed the top of the huge box off.

"Merry Christmas!" my mom, dad, sisters, and dog came out of the box. I handed Latte to Liam and hugged everyone, crying.

"Oh my little puppy!" I said and hugged my dog, who was so exctied to see me. I couldn't stop crying. We went back to the suite. My family spent some time with us, but had to go. I hugged them all and of course, my little main bitch, literally. I missed her so much. I promised to call them again. I said goodbye.

The boys and I hung out for the day. Liam and I played with our new puppy. Latte was our special dog. Our special Christmas memory. She was mine and Liam's. And we were her new loving parents.
