My Wolf and I

Prologue

 When I was seven, the extraordinary happened.

 I saw a wolf...

 Now, nobody believes me, but I know what I saw. She was beautiful... She had black fur, with something that looked like blue lighting weaving in and out of it, and gorgeous eyes. They were blue, but something so unnatural at the same time. They were bright, something close to neon, but not quite. Those eyes belonged to the rich. Only the rich and powerful had eyes like that. Well, and exiled people. Like myself... but that's beside the point! The wolf was an Alpha. I'm certain. She had that stance, that sense of leadership and power. I've only felt that in one other person, and that's my father. However, I haven't felt it in a long time, so there is a chance I could be wrong, but I doubt it. 

 When the wolf saw me, she stopped. She stood there, on the edge of the woods, and stared at me. I had been frozen in fear and awe at the same time. And I swear, I heard a voice in my head. The voice of a beautiful lady. 

 "I will find you again, my dear. Not yet, you can not come just yet. You have much to learn and must grow. It is too early. But I promise, when the time is right, you will find my son, and you will change the world..."

 I had been so young, but I can still remember those words. I knew they were from her. The wolf. But I had no clue how. She was a wolf, after all, but humanity was so advanced, and there were such powerful crossbreeds, that I couldn't be surprised. 

 After those words were in my head, my younger self had watched the Alpha slink back into the woods, but not before she turned around, and howled. It was the most amazing sound my little ears had ever heard. It was loud, but bold, and sounded silky, almost as if I could reach out and touch it. It was the most astonishing sound I have and will ever hear.

 My big brother had been with me and had been silent the whole time. But when she left, back for her pack I would assume, he asked me, "What did you hear?"

 I had been an honest child back then and saw no reason to lie to my brother, "A voice, a beautiful voice. She told me I was too young, that I had a lot to learn, and needed to grow. She said that when I was ready, I'd find her son, and I'd change the world. Why though?" We are taught much when we are young, and I had a very extended vocabulary, because my father had been a very important person when I was little, so I got the best teachings. I was smart, for a seven-year-old.

 My brother's eyes had gone wide, "We must go to father at once. Here," Her had crouched low, so I could climb on his back. My brother had been fast. One of the fastest people I knew, and I knew a lot of kids----because my father had been famous.

 Every time I told somebody that I had seen a wolf, they never believed me, because I am of traitors blood. I could not get a real job, I couldn't finish tech school, I couldn't go to advanced classes, and I was not allowed into the main city. I could not even own a shack, the lowest type of housing. I was exiled and stripped of any rights I had. If someone thought I was dangerous, they could beat me up. If I defended myself and won, I would be punished in lighting cages. I could not win, no matter what I did. I had to follow every rule down to code, and if I did even the slightest thing wrong, and was caught, I would be punished with the same voltages used for capital stealing.

 But I hold on, that what that Alpha said was true...

When the time is right, you will find my son, and you will change the world...

This is a little something I thought of just now, and really liked the concept, so I'm definitely going to come out with new chapters. I've also decided that I'm going to be coming out with 5 chapters in a chunk, so It may take a little longer to get the chapters out, but there will be more at one time to read. I hope that's okay. :))
