Luke had no idea why he had asked her to go on a walk. He grabbed her hand and pulled her across the street to the beach. They sat down and took their shoes off, so they could walk in the warm sand. It was just sunset and the sky was made up of phenomenal and vibrant colors.

He couldn't keep his eyes off of her. The way her hair glistens under that fading sun and her bright blue eyes. He wanted her to like him but he felt as though those chances were slim to gone because if what he'd done to her In the past.

They walked towards the calm ocean with their hands still intertwined. She would steal quick glances at him. She was mesmerized by his perfect blonde hair and his towering height over her. She knew she shouldn't be thinking like this, but she couldn't hide the fact that her whole body buzzed from the simple touch of his hand.

They walked in silence for what seemed like forever. They finally came to the boardwalk and sat On the edge, allowing their bare feet to dangle. The sun had finally set and the stars shone throughout the clear sky. Lydia looks at the twinkling stars and was taken away by the the sight. Luke's breath was taken away while he stared at her and took in her beauty.

He wanted nothing more than to kiss her. She eventually looked at luke and noticed that he'd been staring. She blushed a deep red, then mentally cursed herself for blushing over him. They sat looking at each other, neither knowing what was going to occur next.
