“Come on guys! Hurry up!” Louis yelled to us, while walking backwards. Louis was getting restless and according to Niall when Louis is restless trouble is bound to happen. They had finished giving me a ‘tour’ of the school about 20 minutes ago and now we were just walking around the streets of London.
I didn’t know what to expect from the tour but I expected to at least know where my first class was. Instead, the ‘tour’ was more of a ‘this is there and that is there’, leaving me confused. I still had no idea where any of my classes were but I had been given a packet with a map of the whole school and rules of the school so if I needed to I could always check it.
After checking my schedule with everyone it turned out I had someone in each of my classes except photography class; I had math with Harry and Zayn first block, English with Niall and Zayn second block, and chemistry with Emma and Liam fourth block. London actually reminded me a lot of New York. Louis and Zayn were way ahead of us, Louis still walking backwards and Zayn continually having to direct him where to go so he wouldn't run into people, Liam and Jess were trailing behind me walking hand in hand and then Emma, Niall, and Harry were a little bit in front of me.
“Calm down Louis,” Harry yelled back. “We have a lot of time, and I don’t think Alex will see the city if we rush.” The past two hours, I had been an excuse about why we should or shouldn't do something, when in reality I didn’t care what we did.
“But I want to go to the shoe store,” he whined and turned around so he was facing the right way. Louis was like a little kid, but I found that adorable. He was also really funny. When we were on the tour he would scream random phrases, including “Hi my name is Jennifer” out loud causing the kids, sometimes even teachers, to look at him. I laughed so hard, my side ached, especially when one of the teachers came up to him and gave him a pamphlet titled “How to Control your Emotions” and told him to come talk to her whenever he wanted to. I could already tell that my time at Westminster would be far from boring.
“We were just there earlier!” Harry retorted.
“I know! But I think I want that pair of Toms that I almost bought.” Louis told us over his shoulder. I skipped over the little puddle that was on the ground in front of me.
“Louis and his shoes,” Harry said under his breath.
“What did you say Styles?” Louis stopped in his spot , a hand on his hip and a “Don’t mess with me” look on his face.
“Nothing,” Harry blushed looking down at the ground like a little kid that just go punished for drawing on the walls.
“That’s what I thought, Hazza.” And with that Louis turned back around and continued to walk with Zayn.
Harry sighed and rolled his eyes. “So is London anything like New York?” Harry asked, slowing down to match his pace with mine. He had his hands shoved in his pockets and walked with a little bounce in his step.
“Well it is but it isn’t.” I laughed. “I mean there you have polluted skies and greasy hot dogs, here you have beautiful buildings and fish and chips. But I love New York City, I guess I always will. “
“I see.” Then he laughed.
“What?”
“Well fish and chips aren’t anything special.” He smiled revealing his dimples. I loved that about him. I had only just met him and I already loved something about him. They were just so cute. Matt had a dimple, not on his cheeks though, but on his chin.
“Oh,” I let out a small laugh, “It’s only my first day here. Cut me some slack.” I smiled at him. I couldn’t believe I was talking to him like this; it took me a couple of weeks for me to get to be able to talk to Matt and here I was only knowing Harry for half an hour and I was getting along with him.
