Dream's POV

"Bonjour, old friends. Nice to meet you again." A familiar voice with a French accent said, smiling at the four of us.

In all his glory, stood no other than our old friend who vanished two years ago, now wearing a torned black cape that swayed with his every move.

"A...6...d!?" Sapnap, George and I screamed in unison, our voices echoing throughout the woods.

"Did you guys miss me?" He laughed heartily.

"I really turned crazy, haven't I? Am I seeing things?" George asked, rubbing his forehead in irritation.

"I think I am too!" Sapnap replied, staring at A6d in shock.

I stepped closer to A6d and pinched his left arm.

"Ouch!" He yelped out, rubbing the spot I pinched. "What is wrong with you?"

"He's real!" I screamed, running back to the others.

"What? Of course I'm real." He looked at us in confusion. "I thought you'd be happy to see me but I didn't expect this greeting."

"I...uh...A6d, what happened?" Sapnap asked, still debating if the A6d infront of us is real.

"I could ask the same thing about you!" He replied.

"Okay. Uhm, before the questions, I'll explain to you why we're acting like this." I said, composing myself.

"Please do." He sighed, a bewildered look on his face.

"Two years ago, you went missing. We were worried. Your family, your fans, us. Others said you went on a vacation in another country but there were no flight records." I explained, recalling back the chaos two years ago.

YouTube and Twitter went crazy for a while. Making theories about what happened to A6d; kidnapping, murder, forging a new identity, and some even thought it was a troll.

He nodded, listening intently.

"Yeah. After months of searching for you, people began to lose hope. There weren't really that much hard evidence to make a conclusion. The police did their best but they couldn't find you." George added, taking off his glasses.

"Soon, everybody thought you were dead. Your family even bought you a coffin and held a funeral even though it was empty." Sapnap said.

A6d's eyes widened. "What!? A funeral?"

"Yes." I replied.

Come to think about it, we were mourning a person who wasn't even dead. The grief and the sadness we felt were all for...nothing.

"We really thought you were dead, A6d. Dream even cried you a river." George said and I quickly shoved him lightly.

"Shut up."

"It's true!"

"Wow. That's...very surprising. And here I thought nobody missed me." He shook his head, laughing weakly.

I'm very, very glad he isn't dead. There's still a part of me that thinks I'm tripping right now but I'm happy he's living and breathing, standing infront of us.

A6d's eyes glanced over to an unusually quiet Bad.

Bad and A6d were really close and I thought Bad would be very happy and delighted to see his long lost friend. But instead of a cheerful expression, Bad wore a mixture of guilt and sorrow.

"BadBoyHalo..." A6d muttered, passive aggressiveness wavering in his voice.

"...A6d." Bad mumbled back, but not returning the passive aggressive energy. But a somber one.
