"Good evening ladies and gentlemen I present you the reason why we are gathered here .the one and only CEO of the Reyes corporation Ms:Kathryn Jasmine Reyes!"
After what the announcer said I was told to go up to the stage.
Masigabong palakpakan ang unang bumungad sa akin.
"Thanks for the celebration i appreciate it. Everyone this is the start of having a great future a head of Reyes corporation.the company decides to expand the business world wide and luckily it's a success." After that i stop for a while,while smiling to the camera flashes.
Then I continue
"And thank you again everyone for being here. And supportiny the business have a wonderful night everyone and thank you" matapos ang aking speech ay agaran akong bumaba sa stage.
"Kathryn!" Someone called me so I looked back.
"Omg i thought you guys won't be here!" A little extra tone came from me.i was to excited to see this faces.
"My god kami pa ba?!" Jade one of my bestfriend
"Oo nga we won't miss this even if i had to fly here in an instant just to here!" Tricia my other bestfriend being OA again.
"Let's seat first doon sa table namin." I said dahil kanina pa pala kami rito sa backstage.
Habang pabalik kami there's a lot of attention goes to my group. A lot of men are actually drooling over us and i can't blame them.
I'm wearing a dress that hugging my curved.a black dress to be exact well the style it's backless . And I'm wearing a black high heels also.my make up is not that strong the only strong make up that i have is my red lipstick.
"So how's life my dear friend ?"as we say on our chair Tricia who's wearing not so revealing dress but really elegant looking woman in front of me asked me .
" Boring?hehe" i stated a little sweeter than I was. these past few days kasi i was so moody.
"Boring daw ,as if namn kasi! girl I have someone na i blind date ko sayo" Jade a friend of mine that has a lot of suggestions about my life so it can't be boring anymore.
"Jade you know this woman hindi yan papayag,parati namn syang ganun puro trabaho akala mo namn nangangailangan ng pera eh kung tutuusin kahit hindi na yan mag trabaho ok lang" Tricia a friend of mine with a different values in life but this time idk what happened to her.
Bago sumagot sa mga paratang ng mga kaibigan luminga-linga muna ako sa paligid at ng mamataan ako ng waiter lumapit ito saakin at binigyan kami ng wine.
I drank my wine first and glace at this two ladies infront of me. There faces are telling me to run because hell is about to eat me alive.
"Ok my dear friends,my lovely friends ang gaganda nyo today" i sweetly smiled at them to lower the amount of sermon i would hear if i would say my next kind of words...
"but nope I won't attend to a blind date i have a lot work to do in my plate.hindi na pwedeng dagdagan. At lalong hindi na pwedeng bawasan."ngiti ngiting sabi ko sa mga kaibigang nasa harapan ko.
Kaming tatlo lamang ang nasa table na ito hindi ko din alam kung paano at bakit kami kami lang. A lot of people tried to go near us or talk to us but maybe they sense our conversation is serious and maybe they just don't want to disturb our talk.
"Sus lumang pasakalye mo na yan Kathy"Jade said then sipped her wine.
"Bka hindi pa ano move on." mahina ngunit para sakin rinig na rinig ko ang pag kakasabi.
"The audacity to say that infront of my wine!"mejo May kalakasan pero alam kong kaming tatlo lang ang nakakarinig.
"Huy bat affected pa ata?"Jade while laughing at me!
"Huy di ka namn mabiro,pero bka mamaya sya nga ang dahilan ha! Tapos pag nag kita kayo sunggaban mo agad" tawang tawang sabi ni Tricia hindi na pabebe ang tawa kumpara kanina.
"Sunggaban?what do you think of me?! Grabe kaibigan ko ba kayo?ganun ba ko ka fragile?"humina ang boses ko sa huling sinabi.
Halos masamid namn ang kaharap kong si Jade sa sinabi ko.
"Fragile???!"Takang tanong ni Jade kakatapos lang punasan ang labi gilid ng labi gamit ang napkin.
"Babasagin?" Si Tricia Naka kunot na ang noo.
" Marupok my god" mahinang sabi ko na mejo galit pa ang tono dahil hindi nagets ng mga kabigan ang aking sinabi kanina.
"Ewan ko sayo tigilan mo ang alien language mo dito"pag tataray ni Jade ibinaba na nya ang kanyang wine glass
Nag serve na din ang mga waiter ng mga pagkain.
"Kelan ang alis mo Jade?" I asked her she stopped cutting her stake and continue again without looking at me.
"Ahm I'm not sure pero basta" mukang hindi pa decided ang kaibigan ko kaya namn hindi an ko nag tanong. Marami kaming kapag usapan na kung ano ano at hindi ko maiiwasan ang kaliwa't kanang bumabati sa akin ng matapos ang party we decided na but some calls our bothering our talk paalis ng hotel kung saan ginawa ang program.
"What is it?"iritado nguni't professional padin ang istilo.
Ang mga kasama ko ay nag siuwian batid kong busy ang mga ito sa trabahong meron sila ay mas busy sila kumpara saakin.
"Madam i just wanna inform you about this certain dinner meeting with Mr:Aziel ROUX SANDOVAL."my secretary post for a moment.liek waiting for a reply but my freaking heart also having a race in my heart.
This could be anger right???this is not what I think it is its just anger wanting for sa revenge.
"Y-yes i confirm mo na yan and when was this again?" I asked this time I'm heading to a parking lot.
"Tomorrow madam " she said I bid my goodbye to her because I saw my car already.
So we're gonna see each other again??! Oh my god I'm not prepared for this! While heading home I'm still thinking about the dinner tomorrow.
