Emily opened her eyes and groaned. How had she gotten home again? It seemed like all she could remember was singing and then later changing into her pyjamas and falling asleep. Everything else was blank.

As she walked out of her room she saw a guy asleep on her couch. Oh shit, did I have a one night stand with a dude from the restaurant?

"Hello?" she said.

The figure sat up and revealed himself to be Norman Reedus, "Morning."

"What are you doing here?" Emily asked.

"You were drunk after the restaurant and I couldn't leave you alone. I stayed to make sure you were okay is all," Norman said, standing and walking to the kitchen.

He started some coffee and handed her some Advil and water. He knew Emily would have a hangover soon and now she wouldn't have to worry about it. Norman fixed Emily and himself some coffee and brought the mugs to the table. They both sat and sipped at their coffee before speaking.

"We didn't... y'know, do anything?" Emily asked.

"No, I brought you here and you fell asleep," Norman replied.

"Good, good," Emily smiled and laughed uneasily, "that's, uh, good."

"Are you ok?" Norman asked.

"Yeah, I'm great," she said, "I'm just a little upset that yesterday was my last day as a cast member."

"Yeah, that sucks."

Emily drank her coffee then went and got two bowls and spoons. She poured cereal into the bowls and added milk. Emily gave Norman one bowl and kept the other as she sat down.

"I hope you like lucky charms," she said nervously, "they're my favorite."

"I love them," Norman said, catching her behavior.

They ate for a bit until Norman finally said something, "Why are you acting weird?"

"I am not," Emily lied.

"Yes, you are. What's really the matter?"

"I let everyone see me shitfaced, didn't I?" Emily sighed.

"Yeah, you did," Norman said, "why'd you do it?"

"Because I wasn't ready to quit the show. Me and Gimple went over the script all the way through practicing until 'Dawn shoots Beth after being stabbed' came up. Scott said that it was time for Beth to go and I said it wasn't, she had more to develop in her character."

"And he said she didn't?" Norman guessed.

"Yeah. Norman I wanted to stay, but I lost the argument."

"I know," he said, "But we'll still see each other right?"

"I'm not sure."

"It'll be ok, Em."

"I hope so," she sighed.

Norman finished and took the bowls to the sink and washed them. He felt bad about losing Emily. They'd been together for four seasons and now they weren't going to anymore.

"Oh, shit!" Emily remembered she had to go on The Talking Dead in a month. She couldn't mention Beth's fate to anyone yet. She grabbed her phone and called a dress store in L.A.

"Hi, Elonda, this is Emily Kinney and I was wondering if you could have a dress ready to pick up in sixteen days?"

There was a pause.

"Ok, will do," she covered the mouth piece and looked at Norman, "could you get my dress from last night and tell me the size, please?"Norman nodded and went into her bathroom.
