You and the rest of the students in detention had gathered in a circle and despite your differences, had fallen into a deep conversation about each of your lives. Allison brought up the matter of virginity, which seemed to make a couple of people uncomfortable.

"Like, excuse me for being a virgin," Brian remarked.
Bender went to comment, but before he could say anything you turned towards him. "Say anything rude, Bender and I kick you in the balls."
He laughed at first, but when seeing the glare you gave him, instantly shut up. Brian turned towards you and gave you a small grin. You smiled back at him.
You didn't know him that well, but he definitely seemed like a sweetheart.
