almost as soon as that happened, it ended, much to jacob's displeasure. but kevin didnt need to know that, that was a secret.
"disgusting," haknyeon grumbled, though in a playful manner. "wheres sunwoo? do you know, eric? what about juyeon?"
"jesus, haknyeon, i dont know where everyone is!" youngjae, or, as haknyeon had called him, eric spoke, exasperated. "but, sunwoo is still getting us some food and i think, only think, dont quote me on this, juyeon went out a bit ago to get herbs?"
needless to say, kevin and jacob were quite confused.
"im sorry, but who the fuck is sunwoo? and who is juyeon?" kevin had questioned, raising a brow and serving a slight glare to eric, who gave an apologetic look in return.
"dont worry about them, they're much more friendly than eric here who shot your friend." haknyeon scoffed, turning to the, now youngest, and waving him off to go get something to help stop the bleeding while they waited for juyeon to get back.
"my goodness, haknyeon! i said that im sorr-"
"oh? did you? because i sure as hell did not here you utter a single apology-"
"guys, please dont argue?" jacob intervened, sounding rather calm for someone who had been shot in the leg and breath-taken only a few moments before. surprisingly, he was heard despite how soft his voice was when he spoke.
what seemed like an hour but only a few minutes later, eric came back with plenty, plenty of sheets of what looked like paper but what actually... tissue? even he himself had no idea what it was.
jacob whimpered a bit when pressure was applying to the bullet wound, causing kevin to gently pet his head in hopes to both distract him and comfort him. it worked, though only slightly, with the oldest leaning into his touch.
"hey, eric?" jacob started, glancing at said boy. "thank you."
