"im sorry, what?" well, for someone who had just shot him in the leg, he did not expect to be thanked.
"i said, thank you." jacob had giggled out, his eyes crinkling slightly as he did so. eric, despite hearing him again, still had more questions running through his mind.
"how in the world are you so calm right now?!"
"well, im definitely a bit panicked and lightheaded, just distracting myself!" the oldest smiled, leaning his head against kevin's chest now as if to show how lightheaded he felt. the youngest shook his head, clearly in disbelief, but found it better to not ask any other questions.
it was silent for a few more moments, though awkward in no way, despite it being expected to be so. eventually, though, haknyeon had spoken, quite bossily too.
"eric, go bring juyeon and woo back, please. i can help with what you caused while youre out." he had sighed out, already moving to take the youngers place.
"you werent the one that was shot, hak, you dont have to be so salty about it." said person had mumbled, standing up and slinging what looked like a bag of guns over his shoulder.
haknyeon simply shook his head, rushing to stop the bleeding now that the youngest was gone. for some reason, this felt odd to the two best friends.
"so," the now youngest had started, catching the attention of the other two. "which one of you is gonna stop being a pussy first, now that you've kissed?"
