"Greek Islands huh?" It was Renè.

She's getting ready for another recording for a movie. Céline can still remember how she hated doing movies. The Titanic song, she remembers how she just thought of singing it with whatever and just get the heck out of the studio. It's just these days she appreciates it that much. She remembers how she tried hard to convince her husband and everyone else that she doesn't like to record it. Good thing they didn't listen to her.

So excited for everything else to follow, here is her husband standing behind her, following wherever she goes inside the room while she put on everything else and she just thinks that her husband is breaking the good mood.

"What is it now?" She says trying to conceal the guilt on her voice. She actually succeeded! Getting ready for a recording is something she need not too flashy for an outfit.

"Where were you?"

She doesn't want to start this but to her, seems her husband is trying to light it once more. She took her earring from her jewelry corner and put it on. She doesn't like dangles but small pearls with a fake ear piercing at the upper ear.

"Coron, Renè."

"And that's your Greek island?" He's pushing it for a sarcasm.

He just felt betrayed and been lied to. First of all, he didn't even like the idea of her leaving and then now he found out she lied where she's been for that almost a week vacation! He couldn't believe his wife would go to this extent!

She turned to him abruptly with those piercing eyes. "I seen that place more attractive and then I changed course. What's the problem? It was a same vacation!"

"That is not the point!"

She always knew her lies will always have measures. But she didn't expect it to be too soon! Yes, she's been hardheaded following her capriciousness and she didn't have the rights to get mad. He didn't lie. She did.

But exchanging words with him in this very bad timing is not just something she could muster right now. She doesn't want any arguments but Renè is pushing this. And guess what? She's giving it to him.

"Then what?!" She gushed out ready to give him what he wants from her.

"You lied to me and to your sons! That's the point!"

He's right, she lied. But really, Renè? Right now when she has to go for a recording?

He's just frustrated and all. He's tired from work, from going back and forth in Vegas and now this. She must consider that as well.

His idea is she's seeing someone else. That's not even something he could stop her from doing. She's younger and beautiful. She can do whatever she wants. After all, she had changed a long time ago. It just made her feel so much these days.

But Céline has never been in love with anybody else but him. She thought that Renè is pulling the rope too much but she's clueless. She has no idea what's going on with her husband these days. Being too possessive and strict?

"Are you seeing someone else?" He asked after a long silence between them. He had never imagined himself thinking her wife is having an affair.

She could never do that, could she?

Céline looked at him with total disbelief! So he's just jealous! She found it absurd! Really obnoxious! And she don't have time for this!

"I can't believe you."

She took her purse and marched outside the room. The kids are doing their own things and RC followed them with his looks. She pretended not to see it though but then give each one of them kisses and just swiftly walk towards the car outside. The bodyguards can clearly feel the tension between the two. But they sit beside each other inside the limo. Céline's upset about what she heard.

The divider closed giving them the privacy they need from the chauffeur.

He knew that he's the only man she's ever been with and she thinks that her husband is still being oblivious. But can she really blame him for thinking that way? She's always wandering and absent minded.

"Mon amour..." Renè started holding her hand. She didn't took it off neither retort it with anything. She just stayed quiet.

Her? Cheating her husband? She could never do that! And would never!

"Desolé."

Now he finally said it, brings tears from her eyes. She wiped it abruptly and looked the other way. She don't want anything today but he'd given it to her too early.

"Parle Moi, Mon Amour..." he sound almost pleading. He knew Céline would never talk to her for so long again but he can't take being like this for another week or so.

But she turned her face back to her husband. She just wanted to settle everything. She don't want any arguments. She wants to work without that heavy thing inside her heart.

"I don't have someone else, Renè." The long pause.

"I'm sorry." She said.

She knew she was wrong hiding things from him and to the boys. Now, her guilt is intoxicating her lungs, her tears pooling down. She also made her husband think other things from her selfishness.

She hugged her husband longer than usual. It's a good thing the drive is long so they could have all the time they needed to settle that during the ride.

"Mon amour, just tell me. And I'll understand." She knew he's telling the truth.

"I... I'm really desperate Renè. I wanted to check on Mackie. It's killing me."

Mackie. Mackie... that's one of her fan who looked like his wife! She's been to San Andreas?

He didn't say anything about it and still able to pull a joke.

"That girl... I see you paid a fan a visit?"

How she wish that was all. But who would have make that much effort, travel all across the globe to visit a fan in a delicate circumstance? Risking her exposure to the public? She didn't even brought a bodyguard!

"That kid is lucky."

Céline sobbed, more than guilty but suddenly felt all the relief. Her husband has been her home and safe place but she lied to him. And hearing all these, being listened and understand by an understanding husband, she's more than lucky to just have him.

"Desolé, Rene. I really do."

He kissed her temple and finally wipe her tears away. He doesn't want to cause her pain but once in a while, she has to learn new things and sometimes from mistakes.

The car stopped. They already arrived. The hour ride seemed slipped that fast. But thank God they're okay now. She can give her full self in the recording for the day.

There's nothing else she could wish for Rene as a husband.
