It Will Always Be You

Chapter 13

Around 11pm na at nandito pa rin ako sa loob ng kwarto. Not that I don't want to see Sebastian, but I just need to calm my thoughts and have a peaceful mind. Naaalala ko na naman kasi kung paano ako tratuhin ni dad eh. He likes to decide for me, when in fact I know how to decide for myself.

I took a deep breath before I stood up and walked towards the door. As soon as I opened the door of my room, I saw Sebastian sleeping on the floor. His back was leaning against the wall, at bahagya pang nakayuko ang ulo niya. He's still holding his guitar on his lap.

I walked towards him silently and kneeled in front of him. I think he noticed my presence, kaya unti unting dumilat ang mata niya.

"Hey," pabulong kong sabi and he immediately stood up kaya tumayo na rin ako. Nag papagpag pa siya ng damit niya, while he's standing.

I was shock when he suddenly pulled me for a hug. I felt him caressing my hair, anf planting soft kisses on the tip of my head.

"I'm, pasensya, lo siento," he said in between of his kisses.

Lihim akong napangiti, and I just rubbed his back, "It's okay," I faced him and smiled, "We're okay now."

Sebastian cooked a simole dinner for us. Sa sobrang simple, two sachets of instant noodles lang ang niluto niya. Kira is already sleeping when we went downstairs, and we tried so hard to stay silent so we will not wake her up.

After eating our simple dinner, umakyat na rin kami agad. It's already 11:30pm, 30 minutes before 12 midnight. I just rinsed my face and brushed my teeth bago ako nahiga.

I woke up at around 2 in the morning to study. Hindi kasi ako nakapag aral kanina, because I overthink, kaya I decided to wake up early and study. Mga around 5 in the morning, nang pagdesisyunan kong maligo na. Good thing I didn't feel sleepy a while ago while I'm studying, kundi patay ako non.

"Natulog ka ba?" Agad na tanong ni Seb when I sat in front of him dito sa dining area.

Kumuhaako nh isang pirasong hotdog at nilagya iyon sa plato ko, "Yeah, mga 3 hrs."

Sebastian tsked while looking away, "Huwag kang mag pupuyat next time ah. Baka akalain nila panda ka na nakalabas sa zoo."

Masama ko siyang tinignan habang ngumunguya, "Well I don't care, panda's are cute naman, eh ikaw," I looked at his face for a while, "you look like a zombie. Baka later, mapagkamalan nilang, start a ng zombie apocalypse."

Umiba agad ang timpla ng mukha niya, kaya this tine I was the one who laughed at him. Naputol lang nang mag ring ang phone ko. When I saw tita's name on the caller ID, agad ko iyon sinagot. Maybe it's urgent.

"Tita? May problema po ba?" Agad kong tanong pagkasagot ko ng tawag.

[Anak, listen to me. I did my best sa pag convince sa daddy mo about your arrangement, but he insisted.]

Narinig kong umubo si tita sa kabilang linya kaya nag alala ako bigla. I excused myself, before walking towards the living room.

"Tita, okay ka lang po ba?" Nag aalala kong tanong, while I'm biting my fingers.

[I'm fine hija, huwag mo akong intindihin. Take care of yourself, anak ah.]

I can feel that there's something wrong. May mali eh. I just can't point it out.
