Dan's POV:

"Dan don't burn them!" Phil rushed over and took control of the pancake situation.

"Sorry.. I'm not really great at cooking." I laughed, wrapping my arms around Phil's waist as he stood near the stove.

"That's okay." He said looking over giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"I think you missed." I turned him around to face me and cupped his face with my hands. Then I lifted his chin slightly and gave him an actual kiss. When we pulled apart I couldn't stop smiling.

It's been a week since that day Phil and I sat in the park holding hands.There were also only 12 days left till Christmas. Normally I wouldn't be that excited but being with Phil has made me so happy.

I still had him in my arms and I was going to kiss him again till I heard a knock at the door.

"That must be Pj and Chris" said Phil starting to move away.

I grabbed him and held him even closer.

"They can wait a bit" I said stroking his hair with my hand.

Phil laughed. "I need to answer the door, we can do this later." He said kissing my cheek again.

"Fineeee" I dropped my hands and Phil went to go open the door.

"Phil! Always lovely seeing you!" Chris said cheerfully.

"I brought all the stuff to go on the tree" said Pj holding a box of ornaments.

I walked over to help him with it.

"Dan you look tired. I suppose you two had a pretty busy night huh?" Chris put his hand on my shoulder. "You grow up so fast. It seems like just yesterday you were learning how to ride a bike."

"Oh shut up." I nudged his shoulder and he laughed.

"So shall we begin?" said Chris.

We spent the morning hanging the ornaments and then we all laughed at my failed attempt to cook breakfast. Chris and Pj were putting the finishing touches on the tree.

"It looks beautiful!" Chris said stepping back to look at it.

"It really does look good."

"Not as good as you though Peej" Chris put his arm around Pj and gave him a kiss. "So what next?"

"Let's all watch a movie" Phil suggested.

Phil and I sat on one couch and while Pj and Chris sat on the other.

We decided to watch some holiday movies to get more in the Christmas mood.

Even though it wasn't late Phil ended up falling asleep halfway through the movie. So did Pj and Chris. Phil layed down next to me and had his head on my chest. How did I get so lucky? Phil is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

He held onto my shirt and moved around a bit. I tried staying perfectly still so I wouldn't wake him.

He opened his eyes and looked up at me, then smiled.

"Hey sleepy head." I said.

"Hey what time is it?"

"Its only 5, the movie still hasn't ended" I grabbed Phil's hand in mine and he held onto me tighter.

"Phil..."

"Yes Dan?"

I looked at him feeling nervous for what I was about to say.

"I know its sudden and we haven't been together long but... I love you."

Phil looked at me and didn't say anything at first. Then he sat up and put his hands behind my neck and pulled me into a kiss. The kiss lasted a while. He pulled away just a little bit so I could see into his eyes.

"I love you too Dan."

I smiled and we kissed again.

"You two are so cute!" yelled Chris, making me jump a bit cause I didn't know he woke up.

"I mean honestly! Someone needs to ship this!"

Phil started blushing

"Chris don't embarrass them!" said Pj

"But it is my job as a friend to make sure I embarrass them"

We all laughed and went back to watching the movie. For a brief moment, everything was absolutely perfect...

Until there was a knock at the door.
