Chapter 7- A little help

I'm in Dustin and Bailee's house right now and I got a call. "It's me Harlin. Come to the old factory in City 15 I'll be there waiting for you and come alone "he said. Dustin, Abby and Bailee wanted to go but I didn't like that because I don't know what Harlin is up to. I go with Valorie's car but she never finds out because she is not home now. I park the car and walk into the old factory in City 15. "Hello is anyone here? Harlin? " I said. I heard my own voice through the echo. I see a shadow behind a few boxes and Harlin emerges with a gun in his hands. Harlin is not alone but he is with another boy and I have never seen him before. "There he is Caleb Campbell the boy who thinks he can do anything," said Harlin. "Who is he?" I asked him. The boy was also holding a gun. "This is Logan and we met online and it turns out he has your name too so we decided to split the money if we kill you," he said. I turned around and tried to run away but the gun was fired but not at me but in the air. It was a warning shot. "I wouldn't run because it wouldn't end well," said Logan. I thought I could trust Harlin, but he's different than I expected.

I stopped. "Do it, shoot me," I said. I sacrificed myself or I would endanger the people around me. Harlin was about to shoot me, but then I heard a voice behind me. "Caleb step aside!" a voice called and I recognized that voice. It was Dustin. Dustin shot in their direction, but they ducked behind the boxes just in time. Dustin threw another gun at me and I caught it. "Come on we have to go!" he cried. Logan and Harlin tried to hit us but they missed all the bullets. We got in the car and we drove away. Logan and Harlin were left behind. "How did you get here?" I asked in shock. "I was in the trunk all this time because I knew something was going to happen and friends always help each other," he said. Dustin is the best friend I could wish for because he just saved my life.
