Family dinner 😋😬

Traci and Jaime and Garfield were sitting on the sofa, talking about YouTube channels they watched. Raven and Donna were pouring lemonade for everyone and Connor and Damian were sitting at the dining table.

Connor's pov:

"So, you and Raven, eh?" I asked the boy wander in a playful tone. "Yes, you could say me and Raven are involved romantically. I've also noticed the attraction between you and Donna." He  replied with the beginnings of a grin appearing on his smug face. "Yeah me and Donna are the power couple!" Damian raised his eyebrow in disagreement. "Let's agree to disagree." He stated nonchalantly. "So, have you and Raven done it yet?" I asked. His expression started to show irritation and discomfort. I laughed at his reaction. "Dude, I'm just kidding!"  "I cease to find the amusement." Damian argued.  "You are one strange human being." I joked. For once I saw a genuine smile appear on his cold face. "And you are one strange alien clone." He joked, making me laugh.

Raven's pov:

"Girl, stop checking Damian out and listen to what I'm saying!" Donna whisper shouted, drawing my attention back to her. I felt my cheeks heat up slightly, making her giggle. "S-Sorry." I stuttered. "Raven you need to get your head in the game, you don't see me staring at Connor all the time!" Donna remarked. I gave her a look as if to say, yeah right!   "Ok maybe I do sometimes." She admitted. I grinned at my best friend. We turned to look at boys of our conversation and saw them smiling and talking together which strangely made me feel really warm inside, probably because I could feel the warmth radiating off them. "Wow, Damian making a friend, what an unusual sight!" Donna joked. "Yeah, I thought he disliked Connor, people change I suppose." I replied. "I think there's a little bromance sparking!" We laughed, pleased that our boyfriends were getting along.

Dick's pov:

I dished up the finished spaghetti bolognese which I had to admit looked like Italian restaurant standards! Kori walked into the kitchen and wrapped her arms around me in a bear hug. "Looks amazing Dick."  "Thanks, I may of got a little help from Alfred." I admitted, raising Alfred's spaghetti recipe.  "Dick!"  "I know, but I couldn't of done it without him. I really want this evening to be special for Jaime and Traci, you know he's struggled to socialise and fit in." I reasoned. "I understand, they grow up so fast!" She she said in a slightly disheartened tone. "Kori, your starting to sound like a mum!" I joked.  "Well Maybe I am, to them." She pointed out. "Babe, I couldn't agree more!"  "C'mon, let's feed the starving kids!" She joked making me chuckle. We walked in and all of the Titans and Traci were sitting at the dining table with knife and folk in hands with expectant faces. We all laughed.

"So, Traci, do you go to school?" I asked.  "I used to, but now I get home schooled, my mum is a teacher assistant and works at my old school a couple days a week." She replied. "Why did you leave school?" Damian asked. "You don't have to answer that." Jaime hastily added. "It's fine. I wanted to help out at the soup kitchen because they needed volunteers, and luckily that was where I met Jaime." She said, placing her hand on Jaime's and smiling cheerfully. "That's wonderful!" Kori chimed in. "I remember us sending you three to do some community work there." I mentioned, trying to avoid saying Terra's name because we were all still grieving, even though it was quite long ago. "It has felt like time has passed so fast." Raven said being reminded of Terra and brother blood. Damian sensed her sorrow and gave her a sympathetic look. Garfield started fidgeting in his chair and i could feel the miserable atmosphere so I tried to lift our spirits. "Remember the time when we went in the snow last winter. Damian and Raven needed a lot of convincing but they ended up having the time of their lives!"   "Oh yeah, and Kori threw that massive snow ball on Damian for chucking a snowball with a rock inside at Dick!" Donna reminded us. "OMG I couldn't stop laughing!" Connor added. "Or when Kori and Dick were making out in the snow!" Garfield brought up the embarrassing memory. "Dick and Kori weren't the only ones making out in the snow." Jaime said, looking directly towards Raven and Damian and then Connor and Donna. "That sounds like a wonderful memory." Traci chimed in. "Yes it was." Kori said.
After a while of bringing up memories, and eating New York cheesecake we heard an alarm going off in the tech room. "A rousing way to end our evening." Damian stated, going to the tech room followed by the rest of us.

Nobody's pov:

"Captain Cold and Heat wave robbing  Jump city museum, how predictable." Raven stated. "Guys do you mind if I stay here with Traci while you guys find them?" Jaime asked anxiously. "No no, you should go. Looks like the titans need all the help they can get, I'll wait here for you." Traci tried to reassure him. "Are you sure?" "Yes, I'll be fine." "Ok."   "Titans go!" Kori demanded. "Good luck!" Traci shouted as the titans sped off as their alter egos to fight crime. "Now what the hell am I supposed to do?"

At Jump city museum...

"I feel bad for leaving Traci behind." Jaime admitted. "Don't, She would of been a liability, or worse, we would of had one less member of the titans, not that we can't put some doltish criminals behind bars, mind you." Damian replied, getting a glare from Jaime and Kori expressing irritation. "Damian, not helping." Raven hinted.  "Man, don't stress about it, she'll be fine." Connor tried to reassure him. "Or  actually, was leaving her at the tower a good idea." Damian said. "Traci is a lovely girl, we need to trust her and this is the perfect opportunity for her to earn our trust." Donna pointed out. Meanwhile Captain cold and Heat wave were starting to exit the museum with sacks or ancient artefacts. "Guys, less talking, more fighting!" Dick reminded them as the dynamic duo came out of the museum aiming their guns at the titans.

Meanwhile at the titans tower...

"Is there any gum?" Traci asked herself, looking through the cabinets and cupboards. All of a sudden a pair of arms wrapped around her neck and knocked her out...

At Star Labs...

The titans had Captain Cold and Heatwave locked behind bars at Star labs in the new meta human cells that The flash's friend Sysco built. "Thanks for taking care of them whilst I've been trying to get Zoom." The flash said, admiring the new and improved meta human jail cells. "Next time, do your job and we'll do ours." Damian replied harshly. "I'm sorry about that, it wont happen again, especially with these new jail cells keeping them here. I appreciate the help." Flash stated. "Don't worry about it. What about the Justice League?" Dick asked. "We've all had our own business to take care of. There will be a meeting this Friday." Flash answered. "Cool!" Garfield chimed in. "Well we should get going, we have a guest at home waiting for us." Kori reminded everyone before turning to leave. "I'll make sure to tell the Justice League about the generous help, they'll be proud of all of you." Flash stated before speeding away. After an eventful evening, the titans headed back to the tower. "Poor Traci, I bet she's fallen asleep!" Donna said as they followed Jaime into the tower.
