You opended your eyes but closed them as fast as you opened them. You haven't seen light in like forever and this was obviously too bright. Slowly, you managed to open them again and turned your head to scan the room. You saw a boy sitting on a stool, his head on your bed, holding your hand. It seemed like he was sleeping, so you tried to take your hand without waking him up. Well, as soon as you moved your hand slightly, the brunette's head shoot up, gazing at you. Not two seconds later, he hugged you.
You however felt uncomfortable since you haven't seen this boy before.
"(Y/N)-chan, how are you feeling? Do you have pain anywhere?! Wait, let me get a doctor!" he said and rushed outside the room. Who was he and why did he care so much?
Then you realized that you had more questions.
Where am I?
Why am I here?
Who am I?
Your thoughts were interrupted when the door opened and the same boy came into the room with a (H/C) haired woman.
"Hey, how are you feeling honey?" she asked, smiling at you.
"Uh, fine I guess. May I ask who you two are?" you sat up and watched their faces drop.
"Stop it, (Y/N)-chan. This is not funny at all." the boy said, trying to smile.
"Funny? I am not trying to be funny. Do we know each other? Why am I even here?" you asked and looked at the woman who was standing near your bed.
Oikawa's heart broke into thousands of pieces. You really couldn't remember all the things you two went trough? All the things you two did? He felt dead inside but a small piece inside of him was kind of reliefed because of that one thing that happened before the accident...
"Of course we do know each other, (Y/N)-chan! I'm your—"
"Tooru-kun, come with me for a second." the woman said, walking out the room with the boy following her.
Outside, Oikawa was the first one to talk.
"(L/N)-san, what happened to her? Why can't she remember me?"
"She obviously has lost her memory, Tooru-kun. I suggest you to go home and rest a bit and come tomorrow after school again." she put her Hand on his shoulder, giving him a forced smile. She coudn't feel any better. After all it was her daughter who lost her memory and was near to death.
"There is no way I am leaving (Y/N) now! After two months she finally woke up and you expect me to leave her now?"
"Listen Tooru-kun. I appreciate you being here all the time but school is important too. You don't have enough sleep when you come here right after school and leave at 12 or 1 AM. Now that you know that she is not dead you can focus more on your lessons. Your mother worries too, you know? She complains about you not eating properly. Don't do that to her." she said with a worried look in her face.
He sighed. "I'm sorry. I'm just gonna say goodbye to her." he said and entered the room.
"I'll come again." he told you, kissed your forehead and walked out again.
You didn't know how to react so you just sat there, waiting for someone to explain the situation.
