The Encounter (Gladion x Reader)

Chapter 10

* y/n POV * It's the next morning and you're up bright and early. But you're in a battle with someone. Not with Team Skull, but with some other kid. It was just for fun though.

"Sylvion, Dodge then use Effect and Draining Kiss!"

And with that the kids Pichu was unable to battle. The Draining Kiss sucked out all of it's energy to battle.

"Good battle kid" you said with a smile

"Thanks, you too." he said with a smile(he was about 13. And remember you're 16)

"Good job Sylvion. Here's a berry to boost your energy again."

"Syl!" she said with a smile

You laughed and then heard a familiar voice behind you calling your name

"Hey y/n!"

You turn around and you see Lillie coming towards you with Snowy

"Hey Lillie. What's up"

"I was just wondering, would you want to have a sleep over at my place tonight? Just us. We can hang out since we're friends and all" she said

You weren't sure of this because after all, she was Gladion's sister and who knew if he might be there or not and you didn't really want to see him, but yet, Lillie was really nice to you.

"Sure. Why not. But Gladion isn't going to be there right?" you said

"No I don't think so" she said

"Ok. Cool. What time should I be over?"

"I'll pick you up around 7"

"Ok. See you then"

'Oh boy' you thought as you walked away wondering what would happen tonight. What could go wrong?

* Time Skip *

Lillie picked you up and drove you to her house in her limo. You forgot how big their house was and you just shook it off. But once you got to the front of the house, you had a flashback to the night that you broke up with Gladion. But you couldn't think about that, or him tonight. Just a fun sleepover with your new friend.

"You ready?" Lillie said

"Yup" You said

You went in and you were greeted by hobs and Lillie's mom.

"Hello Ms. y/n welcome." Hobs said

"Hello" you said

"Hi y/n. It's so nice to meet you. Make yourself at home. If you need anything, my room is right down the hall." Lusamine said

"Ok. Thank you." you said

You and Lillie headed upstairs into her room and once you entered your jaw dropped. Her room was way bigger than yours. Bigger bed, bigger couch, bigger TV. She had a bathroom in her room. It was so cool. You both decided to change into your PJ's(favorite PJ's)

"Those are cute y/n" Lillie said

"Thanks" you said "So what do you want to do"

"We can play some video games" she said

"Ok" you said

You played some Mario Kart, and some Race Car games and you both kept winning back and forth

"Hey where did you get these game?" you said

"I stole them from Gladion's room" she said not taking her eyes off the screen

"I'm going to get a glass of water. I'll be right back"

"Ok"

You went downstairs going to get a glass of water. But the problem was you didn't know where the glasses were. They had a whole bunch of cabinets.

"Where are the glasses?" you whispered to yourself

"Left cabinet, bottom shelf"

You stopped looking for a second because you recognized that voice. You turn around slowly seeing Gladion a couple feet away from you. You couldn't say anything, or didn't move so he smiled a little bit and he got the glass for you and handed it to you. You took the glass out of his hand slightly touching it and you both turned pink a little but you didn't want him to see your face. You took the glass and you went over to the fridge and got the ice and started to pour the water.

'Come on, come on, hurry' you thought. You wanted to get out of the kitchen so you wouldn't face Gladion. When the water was at the place you wanted it to be, you turned around and Gladion was right there in front of you. Looking right into your eyes.

"Can I help you with something?" you said trying to stay calm

You didn't want to cause a scene. Not during your sleep over with Lillie. And not in the house. He took the water out of your hand and placed it on the counter.

"What are you doing. I was going to drink tha-"

Just then you were cut off by a kiss from Gladion. Your eyes were wide open because you were shocked of what was going on. You didn't know how to react. Were you happy he was kissing you, or were you still mad at him for what he's done. You pushed him off of you.

"What the hell do you think you're doing!" you said yelling in a whispering tone

He then came back up to you and pushed you against the counter lightly and kissed you again. He wasn't letting you go. So this time you just sank into the kiss and you kissed back. It felt right. It was a passionate kiss. But you guys weren't back together yet. It turned out to be a full on make out session in the kitchen.

"y/n! Are you coming!" Lillie yelled from upstairs in her room

You broke the kiss from Gladion, grabbed the glass of water from the counter, and quickly walked away from him without saying anything not even looking back.

'Oh my god! What just happened!' You thought. You got back into Lillie's room and she was looking at you with a weird look

"What took you so long?" she said

"I couldn't find the glasses. I finally did though hehe" you said laughing a little nervously

You both then decided to watch a movie(your favorite movie)then Gladion decides to barge in

"Hey Lillie. Hey y/n. What's going on"

You try not to make eye contact with Gladion and take a small sip of water

"We're just about to watch a movie" Lillie said

"Oh. Mind if I join and watch" he said smiling

"Oh I don't think that's necessary. Lillie and I are having a sleep over. It's our night." you said

"Oh come on y/n. It's just one movie" Gladion said with a smirk

You looked at him with devil eyes

"Sure I guess you can stay for the movie Gladion. But once it's over. You're out!" Lillie said

"Ok" he said

Gladion then jumped right next to you on the couch giving you a smile and you looked away. Right in the middle of the movie you felt a hand go around your waist. You look down and you see it was Gladion's. You look up at him and see him smiling. You try to move out of the way, but he just moves you closer. It feels right, but it feels wrong. You look over to Lillie to see if she's watching, but she's too into the movie. You start to fall asleep and your head ended up on Gladion's shoulder. You couldn't really care because you were too tired to move. Gladion smiled even more and kissed your forehead. The movie was over and he laid you down on the couch tucking you in.

"Good night y/n" Gladion said

"So did your plan work? Did she kiss you back Gladion? Did she forgive you?" Lillie said

"Shhhhh! Yes I kissed her and she kissed back. But she didn't forgive me yet. But she will. Just one step at a time. Thanks for inviting her to sleep over Lillie." he said

"Anything for my big brother" she said

And we all went to bed and you didn't hear one word
