[ Runaway Together ] Siren Head x Reader

5. I'm so Happy to Meet You!

Hey guys, is one chapter per week is too long? I'm trying not to be spammy but I'm more afraid if waiting for a week for one chapter isn't worth it.

(y/n)'s (e/c) eyes shrieks once she can feel his hands grabbing the bushes around, trying to feel if he can find her anywhere.

'I will be okay. Just stay silent and he will go away!'

That's what she thought, until his hand finally comes across her hiding spot and grabbed the bushes where she's hiding in, pulling it off from the ground to reveal (y/n), who is shaking inside.

(y/n) Get back on her feet and continue to run again. She didn't get enough rest but she need to run now! She's not yet ready to die this young.

'I thought he's a fictional monster!'

"I'm an idiot for coming here!"

The static radio noise the monster is making is getting louder as if the monster is getting more and more furious than ever. (y/n)'s legs finally gave up on running, but the exit to the forest is still nowhere to be seen. It seems like she had lost her way out... Turns out she shouldn't have make turns in the area she isn't familiar to.

The monster, or should I refer him to Siren Head, is finally catching up to her. Normally he would not run and just walk to avoid making earthquakes on the ground and let his enemies get tired from running away all the time. That tactic is proven to be effective, seeing how (y/n) is passing out on the soil, legs shaking and couldn't run anymore than this. She can't even get up and walk unless she want to hurt herself in the process.

Siren Head lean in to get a better look on her, grabbing her body with his large hand, lifting the poor scared girl up in the air so he can get a better closer look on her.

(y/n) is shaking, all she can do now is to cry and beg for her life to him. "I'm still too young... Please please please, I want to live... I'm too scared to die now."

Siren Head isn't responding, (y/n) can only close her eyes as she weep, knowing that this will be the end of her. She came here out of curiosity and now she will never see her family again. Her mother, her father, her brother and her friends.

He start walking away, going even deeper into the forest. (y/n) is confused, why isn't the monster eating her? But she shouldn't complain, maybe. Siren Head continue to walk into the deeper part of the forest, where not even the rescue or SWAT team would go and find a missing person.

'Where is he taking me?'

'This is going deeper into the woods.'

'Is he trying to eat his victims without having to leave that many trace?'

'Now that I remember, two people were missing a month ago...'

'Is it because of him?'

(y/n) looks up to the monster. Trying to get on his good side. She can't reach her cellphone inside her pocket and speak in a calm manner.

'I should try and be nice to him.' (y/n) smiled, "Hey, may I know if you can speak other than static and r-radio noise? The Wikipedia only said you can m-make radio noises, static, radio chattering and all, but I can't find any information a-about you being able to ta-talk." Of course she's scared, but this might stall the time.

'Bzzzzt-'

"Kindness."

Hearing that made (y/n)'s eyes widen. Did he just talk? No, that is a different voice. Perhaps he can talk by snipping out the radio host's dialogs and try to make his own sentence?

"Did you just speak? S-Say something!" (y/n) smiled at him, trying to convince the monster that she's not a bd person.

"I can SPEAK! What do you want?" Yep, her assumptions are correct. He snip out dialogs and words from talkshow and music to form a sentence.

"Is your vocabulary limited by this method?"

"Yes."

His grip loosened, allowing (y/n) to squeeze her hands out and reach for her phone, but she isn't ready to call for help just yet. She fold her hands and rest her chin on them. "Are you going to eat me, Siren Head? I don't know, but I'm a huge fan of yours."

"I know."

"(y/n) (l/n)."

"You are more interesting-zzzzztttt-- than what I thought."

"Interesting? Oh are you stalking me?"

"Yes."

(y/n) smiled again. "Are you hungry? Do you want to eat me? Your biggest fan?"

".... I was about to. But do you want to be my friend-zzzzzt?"

Hearing that put a smile on (y/n)'s face. Just when she thought she will die in the hands of her favorite monster, she can be calm and nod. "I would love to be your best friend, Siren Head. But it comes with a price, right? I suppose I'm not going to be able to return to my family and friends."

"Bzzztt--- If you return to your friends and family, they will find my location and hunt me down. I never see someone this friendly to me, despite how horrible my appearance is, you choose to smile at me kindly."

"They? Who do you mean by they? Who are hunting you? Is it the government? Please tell me, I need to know since I will be sticking around with you from now on." She activated her cellphone and start recording everything, though his static is too loud.

He didn't reply, his legs continue to walk in deeper into the forest. (y/n) turns around and look behind for one last time. The lights from the town made her feel sad for leaving her family like this.

'Everybody, I'm so sorry. I'll go back one day... I'll be back home one day.'

The two disappeared into the forest that night. She fall asleep from exhaustion and everything, making her pass out from the lack of rest. Once she wakes up, she's no longer in the familiar forest she entered. It's like they travel to another continent.

"Where am I?"
