Chapter 3 - Ava's Magic Portal

I wonder if I should add one of my OCs or make one up from you guys...? Don't worry, this second character won't show up until probably either chapter 14th or 15th. Maybe even 16th. The reason why would be surprise.

I watched her walk out of my sight, feeling slightly uneasy with how this will turn out.

Everyone turned to look one another before we all walked towards the entrance, where another human in dark blue attire stood on guard. 'A knight?'

I stood between Rhys and Lief as Prince Asch took the lead. The knight stuck a hand out as in to stop him before stating, "sorry, you can't go in. You'll have to come in some other time." Unfortunately for him, he was dealing with an angry prince who just so happened to have anger issues.
The prince grabbed ahold of the smaller man and held him up in the air by the neck, letting the guy give out a blood curling scream that could catch a witnesses attention.

"What do you mean we can't go in?!" "Your Majesty, stop!" Rhys panicked. The human coughed in fear as he then explained, "I mean that we're closed today and we won't be open until Monday!" "Then this 'Mon - Day' better come now!" Asch yelled, frustrated as he formed a fireball in his hand, "I'VE DEALT WITH THE MOST ANNOYING E-RTH FEMALE- AND NOW THIS?!"

'Do his problems always resolve with using his magic?!' I slightly took a step back, a bit concerned now on how he relies his magic a bit too much when it comes to threatening humans. But then again, he doesn't carry a weapon around... point taken, (Y/N). Point taken.

The female human we were with a few minute or so before ran back in panicking as she mumbled something to herself. "Asch! We need to strategize," Rhys tried to reason with him. "No!" Asch refused, "I want this human dead!" Moments passed as it seemed that my slight prediction was correct, this didn't go as I wanted it to go. It was chaos, the human was yelling at Prince Asch to drop the other human meanwhile the prince refused. The other human mumbled something that must've set off the woman as she yelled at us to follow her. Pierce ran after her, along with me following suit. The others reluctantly followed behind us until we reached back towards the lady's home. In the middle of all that running, I picked up what seemed to be a human weapon, a box with large metal to the side, sharp edges at the ends of it. Maybe I could try and figure it out later...?

We were all quiet as we stared the human, and the human stared at us right back. The sun has set long ago, and the stars were out.

"So you guys really are demons..." the woman muttered. "DAEMOS," Rhys corrected her. "Whatever," she shrugged off his eyeroll, "so you guys have nowhere to stay?"
"Nope! We don't have a home here on E-rth," Noi informed. The human gave a sigh in defeat before deciding, "fine. You guys can sleep here tonight."
Asch gave a scoff before stating, "we weren't going to take no for an answer. You're our prisoner! You'll do as I command." "Yeah yeah, whatever," the human shrugged off his threat, "you need to get your manners in check."

Huh?

"Look, I'm just- tired from all of this. So you guys make yourselves at home, don't go and steal anything, blankets are in the closet, and don't go into my room!", the human stated, "'kay? 'Kay!" She walked out into what I guess was her room and shut the door behind her. Leaving us confused as ever at her strange ways of wording things.
