"Hello? Hello hello? Uh- can anyone hear me?"

"We can hear you loud and clear, Lorelai, no need to be so loud..."

"Oh! Ehehe just making sure~"

I shifted in my seat, feeling uncomfortable to the feeling of being pushed down on my seat. The straps held me tightly in place, no amount of strength could help me rip them off.

"This... feels weird. What did that com-poo-ter do to us, Ava?" I called out. "Oh! It just simply sucked you into the game along with the rest of us, no bigge," Ava shrugged it off casually. "W-WHAT?!" Noi gave a yelp in alarm.

"I don't like this." Pierce mumbled out.

"Indeed so." Rhys agreed.

"Why can't we take these straps off?! Why isn't none of my magic working?!" Lief yelled, frustrated with the situation. "Once you're sucked into the game- by one of my many powerful spells -you're not allowed to use magic! So this can help us all play fair and square," Ava explained.

"No fair..." I mumbled, weakly trying to pull off the strap.

The whole ship shifted to a stop, the loud sounds coming from outside grew quieter. What did that mean?
Suddenly, my strap came off.

Longing for the freedom to stand, I jumped out, my feet hitting the floor with a loud thump. Swish. A sound came, my whole body was scanned white for a second before it returned to it's horrible brown color.

Swish.

Swish.

Swish.

Swish.

Four more similar sounds bounced off the walls. Immediately, four different figures appeared out of nowhere, their bodies giving a flash of white before their bodies turned brown as well. I tilted my head in confusion before asking, "Ava, what's with these weird human clothes we have on?"

"Oh yes! I forgot to explain- basically we're playing a game called 'Among Us'. These outfits are called 'space suits', it is what helps us breathe here in space since there is no air outside of this huge ship. Your job as a crewmate is to finish all of your tasks that you are given by a large flat tablet, if you finish your tasks, then you're helping your team to win! If you don't do your tasks, you'll loose," Ava explained.

"Ohhh aha, sounds simple enough!" I could hear Noi give a smile through the... space suit.

Swish.

"Here is the twist- you HAVE to do all of your tasks while running for your lives. Wonder why? Because these two players- called 'Imposters' -are basically gonna try to prevent you from winning. Now, the job of the imposters is to kill EVERYONE and NOT get cought while doing so. An advantage they have is that they can crawl through the vents, sabotage a few things, and fake tasks, so be careful with who you buddy yourself with."
