Chapter 6

Gill is laying down on his bed in his room at the infirmary. He suffered multiple wounds across his body. He had never felt this weak, physically and emotionally. The pain was too much for him to handle. His black-colored eyes stared at the ceiling, it was a miracle he escaped. He still remembered what had happened to him, Aiden, Maya and Soren.

~~(Flashback)~~

"Are you sure we are going the right way?" Maya asked in concern.

"According to the map, yes we are going the right way," Soren replied.

Soren, Maya, Aiden and Gill soon arrived at their destination; the old building had many holes and is falling apart. "This looks like a place where a zombie apocalypse could start," Aiden stated. Swinging his diamond sword around like a bat. All of the sudden, without warning, a flash of violet light illuminated them. The last thing Gill heard were screams belonging to his companions.

"Auuuggghhhhh," Gill groaned as he sat up. "What was that, guys?" Gill asked his friends. "I have no idea,"answered Soren. They were in a dark room with cobwebs all over the walls. It seems like no one used this room for years. "Uhhhh, Gill, since when did you lose your armor?" Gill was startled by this question. He just realized he was wearing his normal clothing; his weapons are gone as well. He turned to look at Soren, he wasn't wearing his armor as well. Instead he had a blue jacket, black shirt underneath, brown pants, and a dark blue scarf. "Looks like I also lost my stuff; how about you, Aiden? Maya?" No answer. "Uhhh, guys?" Gill turned to look, but he saw no one else with him except Soren.

"Aiden? Maya?"

"Where are they?"

"Let's look for them and a way out of this room we are in."

"Right back at you Soren."

Gill and Soren searched the room; all they found were old, unreadable papers stained with the dangerous, infectious, black liquid. After a few moments, Soren felt a door handle somewhere in the walls "Gill, I think I found the way out!!!" Soren shouted. As he turned the knob, he and Gill finally exited the prison they were in. They now find themselves in a long hallway with redstone torches on both sides of the wall, and glowstones illuminated the ceiling. "Come on, let's go find Aiden and Maya, with the power of BLAZERODS!" Gill shouted running ahead.

After few hours of searching, they still haven't found either Aiden or Maya, but Gill isn't anywhere near giving up. "Hey Gill, do you see that?" Soren asked pointing at a lever behind a staircase.

"Soren, do you think we should pull it?"

"I think so?"

"Well, it's worth a try."

Gill pulled down the lever, for a few moments nothing happened; but suddenly the floor beneath them opened up. Gill and Soren both fell inside the dark hole. "Ow!!! Yep, lesson learned; never pull mystery levers," Gill groaned. "Agreed, friend," Soren answered rubbing his shoulder. Gill looked around the room they are in. It was spacious, there were black tentacles hanging by the ceiling that seems to give off an eerie, purple glow. Up front, there was a giant throne made out of obsidian and iron. Redstone torches were on both sides of the walls, and glowstones on the ceiling light the room. "I have never seen anything like this," observed Soren looking around the room. Gill silently agreed as he looked around the area. There were papers stapled on the walls, glowing purple crystals stuck on the floor, and on the sides of the wall, bottles filled with black goop, Aiden-hanging in midair, books- "Wait a minute!!!"

"AIDEN?!?!?!" Gill shouted staring at the ceiling.

"How in the world, did he get up there?!!?!" Soren shouted.

Gill and Soren stared at Aiden in shock, he was literally in midair; nothing is supporting him at all. Like them he had no armor on, he was wearing his ordinary clothing. "MAYA!!!" Soren shouted. Maya was at the opposite side of Aiden, she was also hanging in midair. Before Gill could say anything, someone suddenly appeared on the obsidian throne. "Hello Gill, Soren, it's nice to finally meet you - face to face."

"W-who are you?" stuttered Gill.

"That's not important!!!" the figure snapped.

"How do you know our names?" Soren asked.

"Awwwww, none of you recognized me? Sad life I'm living," the figure cried mockingly.

The figure immediately said "Well then, let's get onto business, shall we?" he chuckled. "What do you want from us?!" Gill stuttered. "What I want is Beacontown," the figure sneered. "Tell me! where's the location!?!?!" the figure shouted advancing onto Gill and Soren.

"NO!!" Gill yelled.

"I PLAYED THE COWARD CARD ONCE, I'M NOT DOING IT AGAIN!!" Soren agreed.

The 3 stared at each other for a few moments, before the unknown figure chuckled. "Ok then, maybe one of you will tell me." He clapped his hands, a purple light surrounded Soren. "SOREN!!!!" Gill screamed. As Soren floated up midair joining Aiden and Maya. "Now, tell me, WHERE IS BEACONTOWN?!?!?!" the figure screamed. As tentacles started to grow out of his back and purple arrows appeared beside him.
