Characters: Are they well developed and whatsoevers.
Overall Flow: How does the story jump from one section to another?
Grammar and other technical stuffs: Way of using the language, and whatsoevers.
Plot: Is it typical, Cliché, Common, or Unique, Different, or Odd
Rating: 1 (lowest) 5 (highest).
Also I might comment about other things not stated above if I see some. But those are the general things that I'll talk about when critiquing.
