Hello everyone.
I'm so sorry that I haven't written in a long time. A lot is happening in the world right now and in my life too. I usually don't like to talk about it, but I want you guys to know. My mental health problems have worsened. I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety disorders, (GAD,social contacts) and depression. I've also been in therapy for years and this time it's gotten worse. But now I'm feeling a little bit better now.
I haven't also write any further for two months. Sorry. I just needed time for myself. (I don't know yet whether I can continue writing. But I will try.)

On June 27th. I had this chapter stored on Wattpad but had not published it. Today it is uploaded and I hope you enjoy it.

Anjali's POV

We had hardly spoken to each other and when we reached home Vicky was normal to me. Two minutes later he was standing in my room with a towel in his hand.

"Here, for your hair. And put on dry clothes right away. I don't want you to catch a cold."  He said, holding out the terry towel at me.

I stared at him blankly, was still perplexed, thinking about what had happened earlier in the park. When he saw that I was not responding to him, he sat next to me on the bed and put the towel on my head.

"Then I will do it."  He said in a funny voice as he carefully dabbed my hair.

I no longer understood anything. Fifteen minutes ago before I kissed him, he confessed his love to me. And now, we both were sitting here and he was acting like nothing had happened. Why was he doing that? Suddenly a lightning shone in the sky and a mighty thunderclap was heard at about the same time. With fright, I fell into Vicky's arms and clung to him tightly. One second later, the light went out.

"Hey, it's fine. It was just the thunder. And it seems like we have a power cut."

I trembled slightly and to calm me down, he gently stroked my back. Then he swayed his head towards the window and I heard the rain start again, getting louder and louder and the rain drops hit the window pane.

"Man, that's what I call a thunderstorm. Fortunately we got home in time."  He said relieved.

I moved back a little and looked up at him. Even though no light was burning, it wasn't so dark and due to the flashes/lightning that made the room appear brighter from time to time, I could see that I was only a few inches away from his lips. All of a sudden, I felt a desire to kiss him and my look changed from his mouth to his eyes, fixed myself there and looked at him as if I was asking for permission. Subsequently his eyes wandered to my mouth as well and I could see from his look that he was waiting for it just like me. Like in slowmotion, we approached each other and before our lips touched, I closed my eyes. Yes, we kissed again, carefully, tenderly, just like the first time. I felt how this insane tingling flooded my body again, but this time more intense. Vicky just kindled something in me that I never knew before. Even Sid hadn't given me such strong feelings. At that moment, the desire for him increased even more and I didn't try to resist that feeling. As if by itself, my arms wrapped around his neck and I pressed myself against him. But when it got more passionate between us, he took my arms down and gently pushed me away, leaned his forehead against mine and breathed.

"I can't. That's not right what we... "

Immediately, I put my fingers on his mouth.
