Surprises {L.H.} [ON HOLD]

Chapter 2

As me and Kaiden made our way to school I became very bored. I plugged in my phone to the Aux cord and turned on me and Kaiden's favorite song. I Miss You by Blink 182.  I turned the music up and pressed play. As the music started coming through the speakers me and Kaiden looked twoards each other and at the same time started screaming out the lyrics. We did this throughout the whole song as we made our way to the school building. We got stopped at a red light right as we were about to turn into the school, but it was perfect timing as we both began moving our heads in unison to the 'Dings' in the song. When the song started to wind down i turned to the side and looked out the window and saw this extremely hot guy walking into the school parking lot.

"Score!" I screamed. My brother imediatley turned and reprimanded me for scaring him while he was driving but I just tuned him out as i watched the hot boy walk in the front doors.

My brother parked the car and we begsn walking into the school.

"What were you screaming about anyways?" Kaiden asked as we walked through the front doors.

"Oh!" I exclaimed. "I saw this really hot guy walking--" I was abrubtly cut off as I found mysef falling to the ground in what felt like slow motion. I thought it was going to be like the movies when you're about to hit the ground them some how aomebody grabs you right before you fall. But it was'nt. I fell and hit my head on the tiles of the school floor.

"Hey! What the fuck!" I heard Kaiden yell from above me. I couldn't see who had ran into me because my eyes were closed from the pain of hitting my head.

"Hey, Kaiden it's okay. It was an accident. Just help me off the ground."

"No, let me help you" I heard a strange accent say from above me. " I am so sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going and i just ran into you and this probably isn't helping my reputation running into a pretty gi- i mean a girl on my first day..." And he continued to ramble on about how sorry he was, but i was no longer listening as I stared into the face of, basically, a god.

"Hey!" I cut him off from his rambling. "It's fine, I wasnt watching where I was going either. It's no big deal. But how about as a repayment for pushing me down" I smiled so he would know I was joking ", you can walk me to the nurses office" I smiled up at him. And I mean up as in he was tall. And everybody loves tall guys.

" Of course" he said smiling. It was then that I noticed he had the most adorable dimple popping through the skin on his cheeks. Reaching up, without thinking, I poked his dimple.

"That's cute" I mumbled as I looked away embaressed. I had never been the most outgoing girl, but there was something about him that just made me feel like i had known him for a while.

"Bye Kaiden" I yelled over my sholder. I turned around and looked at Kaiden as I began walking away and pointed to the kid who knocked me over and fanned myself and mothed the word 'HOT'. Kaiden just rolled his eyes and walked in the oppisiste direction as us.

"Sooooo" Dimples said. "I hope you know where your going because I have no idea where the nurses office is."

I gigled but immediatley stopped myself, making him look at me.

What the hell, I never giggle what is this? I think to myslef.

"Well you should giggle more often then. It's cute." Dimples said.

"huh?" I said looking at him. Then I realized I must have said that out loud. "Oh, right." I mumbled blushing. He just looked at me and smiled again. "So mystery man, What's your name?"

"It's Luke" he said glancing at me again.

"Oh and Luke where are you from, since you're obviously not from here." I questioned.

"What do you mean. I've been going to school with you since we were like 12." He said looking at me with a questioning look.

"Oh. I'm so sorry!" I proclaimed embaressed as I started blushing again.

" I'm just kidding. I just moved here frome Australia. And i don't think I caught your name sweetheart." Luke said.

"Not funny" I growled looking at him. " And my name is Kylie. Nice to meet you Luke and Welcome." I said yelling the last part.

"Thanks" Luke said looking down blushing. I just looked at him adoringly. He is so cute and shy, it's great.

We stopped in front of the nurses door. "This is my stop" I said looking around shyly.

"yea" Luke said awkwardly.

"Okay then I'll see you around then?"

"Yea defenitly" Luke said excitedly. With that we both parted ways. But I couldn't help myself from turning and watching him walk away.

'Huh? He has a nice butt' I thought as I finally turned away and walked into the nurse's office to get some asprin.
