(A/N I'm going to put *** when a flashback starts and ends)
After me and Luke had our little moment in my room, I finished getting ready and we left my house. Now we were just walking and Luke hadsn't started talking yet. He was the one who wanted to talk and now he's not talking.
"Soo. What did you need to tell me?" I said finally breaking the tension between us. He just looked at me and shook his head.
"Can you give me a few minutes?" He asked politely. How could I say no to him when he was looking at me like this. I wasn't going to pressure him no matter how badly I wanted to know. So I just looked at him lovingly and nodded my head giving him a small smile.
"So. Since you're not ready to talk, how about I talk. Do you want to hear a joke?" I asked him.
"Sure" He said smiling widely at me.
"Okay. What do you call an animal that turns into a boat?" I said barely able to control my giggles. He raised his eyebrows waiting for my answers. I had to take a second to stop laughing before replying.
"A giraft!" I shouted at him before busting out laughing. I've been told that my jokes were lame but by the way Luke was letting out little giggles, it didn't look like he thought they were lame.
"That was horrible!" He exclaimed letting out a cute giggle right after. I guess he did think they were lame.
"No it wasn't! Do you want to hear another one?" I asked him but he quickly shook his head no. "Okay. What to you call a fake noodle?" I said anyways.
"I don't know what?" He said, talking to me as if I was a little girl.
"An impasta!" I said already dying of laughter. He just stood there and watched me laughing at my own jokes.
"You're just like her" He said suddenly.
"What?" I asked confused as to who he was even talking about.
"Can we sit? I'm ready to tell you." He said seriously. I just nodded my head at him and grabbed his hand as he started walking towards a bench in the park. There was no one else here so we didn't have to worry about anyone listening to us.
I looked at him expectantly until he began talking.
*Luke*
I took a deep breath before telling her my story.
"There was this girl. Her name was Frankie. She was beautiful. Like, she should have been a model. She had the most gorgeous long curly blond hair and vibrant green eyes. She was perfect." I started but looked at her to see how she was taking it. She just smiled at me encouragingly and placed her hand on top of my clenched fist. I looked at her thankfully before continuing.
"She had moved to my town during eighth grade and we had immediately taken a liking to her.

"Hey dude, who is that" My friend Michael said to me before pointing to this girl sitting at a table by herself.
"I don't know." I said completely in awe of her. I made my way over to the table she was sitting at. "Hi, I see you're new here. What's your name?" I asked her.
"Hi" She said to me smiling brightly before continuing. "My name's Francesca" She started blushing.
"Wow. That's a beautiful name. It's really long though. Do you mind if I call you Frankie?" I asked her.
"Not at all." She said smiling back at me.

"From that point on, me and Frankie were inseparable. We did everything together. And, like all stories, we started dating. But she wasn't just my girlfriend, she was my best friend. I felt like she was all I needed in life" Kylie was still just looking at me with a kind expression. "And the best part was, we were both singers. So we used to always to talent shows and stuff together." I said excitedly. "She was the best thing that ever happened to me. She was my everything" I saw Kylie's smile drop for a split second before she put back up a fake smile because she thought I didn't notice, I squeezed her hand before starting up again.
