Shadowhunters one shots

"Can you take it?"

"Can you take it?"
"Oh, I can go all night long. What about you?"
"As long as I can stay up."
Their eyes met each other with such intensity. Just waiting to see which one would break first.
The night was soon becoming twilight. Sleep was getting to them both.
"Oh my God! Just call it a draw!"
Startled, they both jumped away from each other.
"Magnus,Alec. I thought you both had gone to bed?"
"No. We tried but, we could hear the both of you from the bedroom."
"I didn't think we were being that loud, sorry." She said beginning to blush.
"Yeah, sorry guys."
Jace said as he rubbed the back of his neck.
Being on the floor for so long wasn't as comfortable as one would think.
Sure there was a pillow and a blanket over them, but it still made his neck and back stiff.
He sat up as did Clary. They both outstretched their arms. Stretching their bodies after such a long night.
"Why don't you two go get some rest? There's still a couple hours till morning. "
He took Clary's hand and went upstairs to the guest bedroom.
Alec began to help Magnus clean up the living room. Folding the blanket and grabbing the pillow to put back in the closet.
"All this, over a game of monopoly. Last time I host game night."
"Yeah, those two are so competitive. We really should have known better."
