"Go to the dungeon, 7 pm."

I messaged Elaine because I needed to blow off some steam after the argument, I had with Zy.

What the fuck should I do with that woman? She never cares for me or think about me at all, she's the reason why I'm in this fucking situation.

"Mildred, tell my wife that I will be discussing business with the Avenarius. I'm going to be home... I think past ten."

I told my assistant through the telecom; Mildred's office is just outside mine. Some prefer that they share office with their assistant just so it would be convenient, but I like my privacy. I don't want to be disturbed while I'm working.

Mildred usually does the heavy work like typing and taking notes from the meeting. When I have business proposal to make, I just type the guidelines of what I want the contract to have and Mildred types it into more detailed contract. Once she's done, I scan through her work and approve if I like it, if not she'll have to create a new one.

I'm thinking about expanding another company in asia because we don't have a lot of properties there. It would be great to have a hotel in Bali since the beach there is great, and I know there's a lot of tourists there.

Business advice from me, know your customers and know where the profit is.

You must think of something that caters the needs of the average and the above average.

Do you think I only have luxury hotels and resorts? No. I have properties that average people can afford, I can't make a bank solely living in the money of the rich. I also have investments in other companies that make good banks such as restaurants, malls etc.

Recently I'm trying to venture out in real estate, I want to build an apartment complex or a condominium. I want to have my own real estate developing company. That's my biggest project right now. We're still searching for investors and lands to buy so we could start building.

Hopefully after 5 years my goal would be done, so I could head on to my next business venture.

Didn't notice that it's already 6:30 pm because of the amount of work I had to do. I tidied up my desk a bit because I don't like to leave my desk with this clutter. It is an eyesore and it aggravates me to look at an unkept desk.

The drive from my office to the dungeon is less than 30 minutes depends on the traffic. I know that Elaine has a pub to attend to, but I don't care, it's her idea to play this game.

I usually listen to podcasts when I drive alone, it lessens my stress and it's nice to listen to other people's idea and perspective.

Once I pulled up in front of my dungeon, I opened the gate using the remote because it automatically opens itself. I don't have security in this place because I am the only person who knows this location--- aside from the ladies I banged here of course.

After 10 minutes Elaine texted me that she's in front of the dungeon and I opened the gate through the system I had inside the dungeon. I looked at her through the security cameras and I smiled when I saw her obeying what I instructed her to wear.

I also instructed her to leave her shoes outside the dungeon because as a submissive it is important that they are bare foot so that they are grounded, and they know who's the boss. It's a common thing with submissive and dominant.

She's not wearing any underwear as well, of course the reason the same as why they need to be bare foot. So that they know who has the authority in the relationship.

I heard the bell ring and I opened it again with the system because everything is automatic in here.
