"𝐼 𝓈𝑒𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓁𝒾𝓀𝑒 𝓂𝓎 𝓈𝑜𝓃𝑔?"

You sighed as you walked over to the kitchen. The customers of this table were awful. They were being rude and since you were already stressed, it didn't help that they were complaining about every little thing. They sent you back to the kitchen because there wasn't a piece of cucumber on the side like all the other plates have.

"Can I have a some cucumber on this plate, please?" You asked your co-workers. Don't get you wrong, you loved your job, but when customers were being this rude, you didn't like it.

You walked out again and placed the plate in front of the customers. "Here you go, I am sorry this happened to you." You told them as kind as possible.

You walked over to the bar to type some things in the machine and prepare some drinks for the table of one of your co-workers.

"Y/N, could you please serve that family? They made a reservation for the name "Van Dijk". They're on table 5. They will be your last customers for today and after they leave your shift is over."

You nodded. "Yes, of course. Thank you. Oh, and I prepared these drinks for you." After your colleague thanked you, you walked over to the family standing in front of you. It consisted of two parents, two girls who were both a few years older than you and a guy who seemed to be around your age, maybe a little older.

Great, now you had to bring a handsome guy that was your age his drink! It for sure didn't help that this day already sucked as much as it could.

"Hi, I am Y/N, and I will be your waitress for today. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask me or one of the other waiters. You can put your coats over here, or you can bring them to your table, whatever you prefer. Please, follow me." You walked them to their table before asking if you could already give them something to drink.

"What do you think is the best drink to get here?" The guy asked kindly while having a smile on his face.

Slightly surprised, because no one had ever asked you for your opinion, you answered him. "Well, it depends. Do you want a hot drink or a cold drink. For a hot drink, I would highly recommend a tea chai latte, but my all time favourite is still the home made iced tea." You smiled at him.

"Well, I'd like the home made iced tea, please." As you took the rest of their orders you smiled at the thought of the sweet guy.

You walked away from the table back to the bar to make their drinks. Your mood was slightly better than a few minutes ago, because of the sweet family that had just entered the restaurant. You grabbed the drinks and put them on the tray. Walking over to the Van Dijk's table, you got interrupted by the awful customers who already complained about you earlier.

"Hey, aren't you supposed to ask us if we want anything else to drink? Because we would really like two more glasses of wine." The woman said. You didn't want to admit it, but this lady was being a real bitch. You didn't ever lose your temper, but you were on the edge at this moment.

"Yes, madam. Of course. After I brought away these drinks I will get it for you." You stated, quickly walking over to the table with nice people. Just before arriving, you let out a small sigh. Your shift was over after this table, but you couldn't handle the rude family anymore.
